Great location, close to Bath town centre and right next to two parking lots and supermarket! Staff were friendly and the room condition needed a bit TLC. The fridge broke and hair drier were broken, and bathroom sink was blocked. It's a functional hotel with great location.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was central to all the sites. Tons of restaurants, pubs, bakeries, and coffee shops within walking distance. Grocery store next door made getting water and snacks easy and affordable. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Only negative comment is that one of the lifts was not working so you sometimes had to wait quite a bit if you had luggage. This was really only an issue during checkout time.

Clean, comfortable and close to shops and other amenities. Parking was available at the local supermarket but expensive. Room heating system didn’t seem to be working and it was a cold, wet, rainy day & night. No extra blankets in the room so put on extra clothing. Check in was not until 4pm so would advise not to arrive before. There was no offer of an early check-in although one could leave one’s bags.

Room had a smell of mold. One elevator broken, had to use stairs due to long wait times for the only other elevator No parking on site, only adjacent to public parking.

Great stay

On Expedia it listed that they have self service laundry but when we learned the hard way after travelling in the UK for a week to find out that they don't have self service laundry. Please update the services list in Expedia for this hotel. They have a fantastic breakfast selection though.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Convenient local. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and it was nice to be shown what was on offer and where to go. Thank you it was a very pleasant stay and will come again.

This hotel was in a nice area, very easy to walk to attractions and sightseeing spots. Elevator was a bit old and slow but other than that the hotel was quite pretty and newer looking. AC worked well.

The only issue was the TV not connecting to the wifi so we couldn't sign in to our streaming services.

Was told I had a king superior room on the top floor over looking the river on arrival but when I checked in got a basic room with no view on the 2nd floor so not very happy about this

Great place to test your head after a day in meetings. Ability to work from the hotel is great too.

Strong sewage smell within the room, especially after running the water. Dusty rooms.

Great location. Friendly and comfortable hotel. Really comfortable bed and everything you need in room, Lovely views over river and Bath. Delicious breakfast.

Lift was broken, shower was asthmatic, beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Decent Nespresso coffee machine in the room but all the pods were decaf, what's the point.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary cookies given at reception desk on arrival. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Fridge, iron and ironing board were available in rooms. Within in a few minutes walking distance of Roman baths and shopping centre. Supermarket next door. Parking available for a charge. Restaurant within hotel with nice food. Good gym facilities. Highly recommend.

No parking available at this hotel. Pay lot nearby that is managed by the city of Bath. Meters would not accept credit.MC or Visa cards. City of Bath issued a fraudulet parking ticket. SCAM, DO NOT VISIT Bath, UK!
