Breakfast was amazing - and the gentleman who was running breakfast is an amazing person, so cheerful & efficient at that time on a Sunday morning.

Located right in the heart of Bath and only a short walk to hot spots.

Parking was an additional charge. Window didnt seem to close properly, and let in a draught. Air con kept the room at a steady 30+oC, regardless of the setting, and some of the light fittings either didnt work or were flickering continuously. Otherwise, hotel was in a good central location, and overall stay was enjoyable

Room ok. Was moved to a new room because heating wasn’t working. (Reception asked me to go collect new key but I insisted they bring the key to me and help me move my bags). Broken soap dispenser in shower. stained toilet bowl.

Lovely hotel. Everything great - staff and breakfast excellent . Lovely room let down by the poor level of lighting . We were given extra lamps which helped a bit

No hairdryer in room asked twice at reception still didnt get one. Huge air con unit in room hardly any space for clothes

no bed made up ,staff brought some bedding then told us to make it ourselves. were charged for breakfast even though breakfast was included not enough cups and towels for number of guests

It was our daughter’s wedding and I’d booked 2 superior rooms. One was rather small so very different and a little disappointed in that. Also we’d been to the hotel and asked for 2 rooms together so we could all enjoy getting ready together and they forgot so that was disappointing too. However the duty manger got us on the same floor and only a few rooms apart. So thanks for that. Also the Bride was given a glass of Prosecco with her breakfast which was a lovely thought.

good location for Christmas markets just a shame there is no parking

We stayed in room 333 and it turned out one of the Windows was not alle to close proper mean we did freze ever night despit we informed reception about it. The cleaning of the room was catastrophic bad. We found a papir - used - mens boxshorts in the cabinet. Disgusting... All this we addressed when checking out and was offered a refound of 25 percent which we accepted. We just never received the refund. Extreem poor staff at this hotel. No interest in the guests. Only 1 positiv comment. The location off the hotel is perfect...
