Great room, well appointed

The room was so clean, the staff was very kind. The opportunity to communicate via WhatsApp is great. They did what I ask for my girlfriend’s birthday and the note was so nice. The room and spa was also so good and relaxing. Im 100% recommending!

Very noisy all night with several air con units in courtyard outside even with windows closed. Very small room (215) with poor design rather than “cosy” as advertised.

Amazing spa, lovely room

Really disappointed We arrived to the hotel and our room had NO hot water, I went straight down to report it. They said someone would fix it. An hour later still no hot water. Reported it again and still no hot water. I paid £100 more for a room with a bath and couldn’t use it! We had to go down to the spa to shower. I had to pay £20 to use the spa just to use the showers. Reported it again and they said we couldn’t move your room so still no hot water. Really disappointed in my stay and want to complain because the price I paid for the room was terrible for no hot water.

Spa area was quite nice but not everything was working, bed was comfortable. Around the widows were damp

Hotel is very clean but housekeeping was disappointing!! We had a number off daily issues in our 3 day stay. From card key for room needed resetting everyday, television does require a password reset daily, this was really frustrating, even though the hotel gave us a complimentary drink for the money we paid per night this was not acceptable. The housekeeping was shocking, on different occasions we had no towels, no bed change for our stay, no milk or tea, they even left dirty cups and plates over 2 days. We find a 4* hotel that cost £265 per night this very frustrating. Leaving in a positive the Spa and food in the restaurant were amazing!!

We booked a “cosy double” room for 2 nights, which was so tiny! The small double bed could only be accessed from one side, meaning I had to climb over my partner to get in and out of bed! There was literally no space in the room, would be ok for one person, but not a couple. We requested to upgrade soon after we arrived but were told the hotel was fully booked. We had an awful first night and on day 2 we asked again for a different room and was again told no. We couldn’t face a second night in such an uncomfortable room, so we checked out in the afternoon, missing our 2nd night. We were told that they couldn’t refund us any of the £395 we spent. As well as this the bar and restaurant was closed the whole time we were there (including breakfast) Will never stay here again!!

easy check in and nice staff unfortunately tv wasn't working and after back and forth messages nothing was done to solve this...large crack on sink basin and cups left in the room unclean, quite loud all night from outside but to be expected sea front however a couple blinds where broken so nothing to block the noise or sun

Best hotel in Brighton … stayed multiple times and always had a fantastic experience…. Great staff and facilities are amazing

Unfortunately arrived after 3pm but my room wasn’t ready so had to wait approx 30mins which delayed me using the facilities (the reason I stayed here). Other than that, everyone was polite. Nice to see vegan options for dinner and decent wine choice.

Super hotel. Efficient, friendly & helpful staff which always make the difference. This hotel is close to everything!

Elizabeth & I had an amazing time in Brighton & at the Harbour Hotel. We had thought we were only getting a room with a partial sea view, but ended up getting a room with a lovely bay window & seating area looking right across to the water. Staff were great & very accommodating to storing our luggage before check in & after check out. Hope to be back some day!

Great little

toilet leaked all night into bowl...until eventually it wouldnt flush at all....luckily we were leaving at that point. Reported to reception, no apologies of course. Do not stay in 407..its an adjoining room so u can hear literally everything from next door. Same goes for 406 i suppose. Beds comfy though.
