Great place to stay! Enjoyed the fireplace in my room, especially for chilly nights. Everyone was very warm and welcoming.

The internet did not work for me. I was told I would have to wait about one hour for the tech guy to check it out. The air conditioner was so loud I honestly thought with my wife the hotel was located next to a moving train. IT WAS THAT LOUD. Finally, we had to wait until 5PM to have our room cleaned by the cleaning staff. By that time, we decided to just keep the room as is. The final insult was paying $10 per night to park. They had their own parking lot of ample, open and available spaces. A pure money grab to not include parking. VERY disappointed in my stay and will not return.

We were a little disappointed with this, as tapestry collections usually have better facilities. The room itself was nice, clean, big comfortable bed, couldn't complain about that (aside from soundproofing wasn't great). But there wasn't a gym which I thought was quite strange. The reception staff weren't very friendly and there was a bit of a drain small at reception. It wasn't advertised on hotels.com I don't believe but parking is an additional $10 per day. When we checked in he said the breakfast times, and we thought great we could get a quick complimentary breakfast...showed up in the morning and it was chargeable, and quite expensive! Not sure why you would spend that much on an average breakfast when there are loads of nice places nearby. The reception staff could have said 'chargeable' breakfast as I think a lot of people assumed the same thing. Homegrown bagels across the road was really nice, would recommend. Okay hotel and nice room, but generally a bit disappointing for a tapestry collection. Good location though, right opposite a whole foods and loads of great restaurants and bars - Sonoma is a lovely place. Would definitely advise a proper wine tour, we had a great time.

We had a great 2-night stay here. The rooms are modern spacious, and comfortable. Our room was facing the main road and at times with the wind it sounded like there was a ghost howling.

We liked hiw quiet the room was. The fireplace was a treatbuntil the room started to smell like fumes. We had a nice one night stay.

Clean, convenient property.

Carpet in room was in terrible condition confusing if breakfast was included, complimentary, limited menu. Rate was extremely high for property.

Service was great - check in. Room was very good, the fireplace was a place and made the room cozier. But it there was an Uncomfortable amount of mats/mosquitos around the property and in the room. Mainly affecting the restroom/shower. So for that I had to give a poor review. Need to get their bug situation under control.

Great location to Sonoma Square/Plaza! Clean, quiet and friendly excellent staff.

Great location to walk around Sonoma and visit all the nearby shops, wine tasting rooms, galleries and restaurants. A very generously proportioned room too. Unfortunately we had a noisy room however, with lots of noise coming from the room above ours as well as the road and the automatic air con which was also very loud

I was right off the pool which I liked. The property was was so nice. They helped me with the tv 3 times.

Went to Sonoma for a little wine country weekend. This hotel was perfectly located to walk to all the restaurants and shops around the square. The staff was great and hotel lovely.

We loved this hotel. We did not get to take advantage of the amenities at the property but the location was fabulous. It is convenient to much of Sonoma. It is an older property but all the inside was very nicely renovated. We would certainly stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Horrible staff

Great location just a block off the historic square in Sonoma. Reasonable price and excellent customer service by the front desk staff; they gave us lots of recommendations for dining and wine tasting as it was our first time in the Sonoma area.

Perfect place to stay thats just a 2 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Would have five. Five starts but they charge for parking and no coffee in the morning. That said, they have quick snacks for sale.

Had a great stay

I did not like that everything was an extra charge including parking, water,snacks etc. Staff person had to come to the room after we had checked in to start the heating system. It should have been checked before.

The property is in a great location to walk around the charming town of Sonoma, very nicely renovated.
