El hotel está en pleno centro de Palma, entonces si quieres explorar la ciudad es una gran opción. Te rentan bicis y puedes dar la vuelta por el paseo marítimo que está súper cerca y estar un rato en la playa. La habitación súper buena, el AC funciona perfecto, la ducha y el baño en general súper bien. Me encantó el hotel, el personal fue muy amable, yo pagué habitación con desayuno y el buffet vale 100% la pena

Excellent location! You are equidistant to the old town and to Santa Catalina. An amazing cafe AND highly rated gin bar downstairs is also always a good thing. Clean, spacious rooms and the balcony view and natural sunlight is great. It has a small spa which is a nice touch but the location wins for sure. The front desk ladies are lovely and very welcoming and attentive: will definitely stay again

Read the praise for the HM Jaime III. It is as it is. This is a functional contemporary Palma city hotel, near everything. We came for a wedding and the wedding bus station was around the corner; even the airport bus is on the corner. We spent 3 days at the Jaime III in a balcony room overlooking the park below. As others before us have, we commend all their staff. A special mention to Esperanza, who is so efficient and human (saw her bring a balloon to a small child!), as she worked the morning and afternoon shifts in the popular hotel restaurant. And to Mel who received us and whose bubbly personality and her “let me help you with that” was there since we arrived and who for all three days with a big smile guided us so to enjoy the facilities of the hotel and her city. We saw the Cathedral, including the terraces, the Bellver Castle (with the Hop on, Hop off ticket), and the next day we walked to the Es Baluard contemporary art museum and took the bus to the Fundacion Miro, the Joan Miro workshop. It was a great time for shopping (late July). Our hotel was in the middle of hundreds of great shops many with clearance sales, but this time we were not into that mode, maybe next time. Palma was hot, very hot, but it was a wonderful stay.

Pros: 1) helpful staff; 2) strong air con; 3) good value breakfast; 4) good bathroom facilities, no plumbing blockage Cons: 1) all black interior in corridors and staircases potential tripping hazards and a challenge in case of power outage and guests have to rely on emergency lighting; 2) very min amenities, I asked for a box of tissue and was told the hotel wouldn't provide. Overall an impression of well functioning student-y accommodation.

Very good hotel well managed helpful staff , rooms small ,comfy bed ,good shower only one lift which was a problem if on 9th floor!

Goed hotel, ruime en propere kamer, personeel is vriendelijk. Perfect van ligging. Ontbijt is misschien een beetje aan de kleine kant.

The room was very clean and a nice size for a double room. They have a little self service spot area, which is nice for those who like that. There are no amenities )toothbrush, toothpaste, shower, cap, etc.) in the room, bring your own items but other than that, that’s the only negative. Will definitely come back!

Fantastiskt rum, god frukost och grymt läge

Esta bien para pasar una noche. Los cuartos son extremadamente pequeños. Solo sirven para dormir. El precio de +420 euros por noche es exagerado.

The breakfast was not good, most days there were insufficient tables , the coffee machine only produced like warm coffee, the cooked breakfast was poor, scrambled egg swimming in oil, fried egg soled and the knives wouldn’t cut the bacon. Fruit and toast were fine, went out for coffee.

Excellent three night stay!

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt bin aber alleine angereist. Gebucht hatte ich ein Doppelzimmer aber bekam ein Einzelzimmer. Zumindest sah es nicht aus wie auf den Bildern.

Das Zimmer war sehr nett eingerichtet und hatte neben dem Bett noch eine Couch sowie einen Hocker. Es war sehr ruhig, nach hinten hinaus gelegen und wir konnten wunderbar schlafen. Einzig das Design ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Wände sind in den Gängen und im Eingangsbereich schwarz und wirken etwas düster. Die Dusche hatte guten Wasserdruck und das Waschbecken ausreichend Ablagefläche. Das Frühstück am Morgen hatte eine super Auswahl und war geschmacklich einwandfrei. Es wird in Büffetform angerichtet und immer nachgefüllt. Einzig der Frühstücksraum ist etwas eng bestuhlt und man sitzt quasi Seite an Seite mit anderen Gästen. Alles in Allem, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Lovely rooms & bathrooms, bed linen & towels. Great breakfast selection. One negative for me, the English breakfast tea bags at breakfast buffet were poor quality; i used 3 tea bags to try to get a little strength in my tea.

Lovely hotel. Amazing staff who allowed me to check in early because there was a room available. Highly recommend. Airport bus stop is outside the door.

Very clean room. Breakfast was good, but not brilliant. Uncomfortable pillows & couldnt get room temperature control to work. Overall I would stay again, but I’d ask for a softer pillow.
