Stayed here to rest, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. It turns out the hotel was full of kids and teenage teams (basketball, hockey) as well as concert-goers. I completely understand that a hotel needs to rent rooms to everyone, but unfortunately the behavior of some groups was not managed well.
There were kids playing basketball in their rooms around 11 pm, and drunk people arriving around 2:30 am, getting into arguments in the hallways. Doors were constantly opening and slamming as if it was the first time some guests had stayed in a hotel. We were woken up several times during the night and did not get any proper rest. When I spoke with other guests, they shared the same concerns about the noise and disruption.
Additionally, the Mercedes-Benz EV chargers were unavailable because large non-EV trucks were parked in the charging spots, which was disappointing and poorly managed.
Overall, this was not a restful stay, and based on this experience I’m not planning to stay here again.
