I feel like the underground parking should be given to families as complimentary due to the area the hotel is in.

I stay here because it’s close to my office when in town, walking distance.

Clean and nice rooms

Tub was slippery. Slid thrice just taking a bath. Kettle was not working and so was the coffee machine. Gym was noisy and inconvenient. Only good thing was the breakfast.

Well, the fact that I paid for a one bedroom suite and did not receive one bedroom sweep, but I was told I did and then I had a friend staying the same hotel room who got the one bedroom suite which was completely different room, which was much better kind of made me really angry that they tried to tell me that I was getting one and then I didn’t very disrespectful

We were recently there for a tournament and during our stay at some point in the night around 4:30 in the morning, a shopping cart lit on fire was shoved into the lobby, causing the entire building to evacuate and it took over an hour to get back in and over three hours to get water back on so we could shower and go better day, there was no communication or anything in regards to this or compensation, which made the next night extremely difficult to want to stay. This event traumatize my children to the point where it ruined our trip.

Nice clean room. Have everything like the fridge, comfortable bed, safe, complete kitchen and great coffee machine. Front desk clerk is friendly and helpful. Since this hotel is under renovation, a little bit noise at the lobby. But they put us at top floor. So it’s quiet and comfortable for us. Will definitely stay at this one again.

Great location in downtown Calgary. However, inconvenience of the fire alarm going off at 5:30am with no communication from hotel staff. Some specific flaws of our room like TVs not working and shower emitting a loud squealing noise when used.

Lobby staff are friendly and quick to check in and out. Breakfast staff are friendly too and say good morning to you.

The hotel has a lot of potential, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The furniture is a bit dated, and the sofa bed could be cleaner. While towels are provided, they may not always be as clean as expected (hair on some towels). Guests should be aware that extra sheets, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and additional toiletries need to be requested, which seems to be a common practice in many Canadian hotels. The two-bedroom suite comes with a small bottle of shampoo, which may not be sufficient for a group of five. Complimentary water is not provided, but there is a Keurig machine with four coffee pods, and guests can refill it with tap water. With a few enhancements, the experience could be much more comfortable.

Property was undergoing some renovations . But didnt here noise. Good selection of breakfast items. Easy access to downtown, shops .

The only major disappointment is Hotels.com charging an extra fee for cancelation option although the hotel says they don’t and you can cancel for free up to 7 days prior. The hotel sent a confirmation of booking email stating that it runs renos so it’s loud during weekdays. So if I wanted to cancel my reservation ahead of time , I could loose my extra fee I paid which was about $16/night. This is my favorite hotel in Calgary any time I’ve been in Calgary. It’s spacious, it offers great service and a wealthy breakfast. It’s good value for the money and it’s conveniently located near cafe/dinner, transit, attractions , etc. Note: it’s the AC units are loud , there are old type that fit under the windows but if that was not a major issue .
