Ideally located for beach access and a nice promenade walk to all the local restaurants. Should the weather not oblige the hotel has a nice pool and fitness room. I’d like us you took an EV to the hotel it has a good range of chargers in the car park. Reception staff were helpful, checked us in early and called on mobile to advise room was ready. Hotel has plentiful options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice bar serving a good range of spirits, cocktails, wine and beer with great views directly overlooking the vast beach and coastline. Overall would recommend for a pleasant stay in Le Touquet.

Sejour agréable, le point négatif pour moi a ete la qualité de la literie du canapé . Mon fils n'a pas réussi à s'endormir sur le canapé, c'est donc moi qui a passé les nuits dans le lit canapé, j'ai très mal dormi. Sinon pour le reste ? Le personnel est tres aimable mention tres bien à Staindaire pour son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur

Seriously overpriced for what the rooms are. Yes, a beautiful view on the sea. But rooms are outdated and need a remake. Nice breakfast

très bon séjour. chambre & emplacement au top. seul petit bémol, l'affluence au petit dej. il a fallu patienter un peu pour s'installer... mais l'hôtel est très bien !

Room was clean; if a tad smaller than I’m used to for a Novotel. Lobby and pool beautiful, with a great view of the beach / sea. Bar prices rather expensive but I suppose to be expected in Le Tourquet.Restaurant had a nice view but staff were disinterested and the steak wasn’t great - very fatty. Overall, beautiful location and premises but the soft product let it down somewhat.

Prix élevé justifié vu les equipements mais la chambre côté parking n'est pas au niveau du reste et encore moins d'un 4 étoiles. Isolation sonore inexistante dans la chambre plutôt trop petite et de standing décevant.

Heureusement qu il y a la vue sur la plage. Chambre : des draps non adaptés aux mesures de matelas, idem pour le protege matelas. Les drpas s enlèvent dès qu on s assoie dessus. Des toiles d araignées dans les coins de murs, plafonds. Pas de reassort de café, thé entre les nuits. Buffet du petit dej : tres bon, mais hygiène pas normale. J ai vu des employés relettre des serviettes tombées par terre , sur des tables pour les prochains arrivants. Une aberation. Personnels de l accueil adorable. Nous ne reviedrons pas.

L'accueil était agréable. La chambre était très propre. La piscine, le hammam ainsi que la vue sur la mer sont un vrai atout.

RAS - bon hôtel bien placé, en phase avec l'étiquette NOVOTEL.

Bij onthaal was de kamer niet tijdig klaar. Ontbijt tot 10 uur, was niet mogelijk wegens teveel volk en geen degelijke opvolging. Oude kamers; piepkleine ouderwetse badkamer en toilet. te smal bed. Kortom, nooit meer

Beautifully clean and comfortable. Poole beautiful but I was a bit surprised it was sea water. Amazing position directly on the beach
