Good room and facilities including children’s waterpark. Well located short walk beach .

It was great.

Room was drab, grey and past it's prime, a hospital/prison ambience. Rock-like mattress with lumps and humps, holey curtains. Fortunately we spent little time in this depressing environment.

Very enjoyable place kids loved the pool waterpark and other activities which made relaxing as parent easy.. breakfast was good with variety

Great pool and bar facilities

Breakfast was good. Pool and waterpark is not heated despite the flyer given to us from repetition saying it is heated all year round. Rooms were spacious but worn out. Hot water went out unexpectedly for over 12 hours and notice wasn't given until it was already out.

The decor was very tired, but the room was clean.

Great location. Good place for people with younger kids as they have the waterpark and other things. The playground was closed for the whole time we were there. Rooms are a good size. The restaurant was OK if you don’t fancy goong far. Really enjoyed our stay.

Clean room, very spacious, nice outlook. Only drawbacks were lack of parking, holes in blockout curtains, some noise from slamming doors and guests in common areas, water pools outside shower, only sink is in bathroom and kettle does not fit under it (had to fill kettle using a drinking glass).

Overall this place is pretty great for a family vacation. I have teen/tween children and they did enjoy the waterpark but the pool was the favourite. The buffet breakfast was an excellent spread with a huge amount of choices. The apartments are big & spacious, have a lift to upper levels, showers are big and hot water with great pressure. Kitchenette is great with a small stovetop in one room, fridge (one large, one small), dishwasher, and even a coffee machine and pods and milk, etc provided, There’s a washer and dryer in a separate small room. And rooms were thick walled, did not hear neighbouring patrons. I rate this lower though because of a few things - readers may like to know that a dual key room has a one king, one queen. I called reception for another bed but it was badly broken and could not be slept on. They said they did not have another being unaware that I had 3 teens - the hotel expects that 3 people will sleep in a king, 2 in the queen!! They then proceeded to blame me for not booking direct with the hotel, as they get no communication from 3rd party booking. Well that’s on them to fix that problem, it’s on them to find a working roll away bed, not me. Another star lost was for general things hotel can fix in future - shower floods the bathroom, carpets are stained and could do with replacing or a deep clean, pool should be felines/tiled as it cut all of my families feet badly as it’s lined with sharp little stones throughout, there are no power points next to

Resort and rooms were dated (very 90’s feel). No balconies on rooms despite having a pool and water park, hard to dry out clothes on a clothes rack inside. Room service didn’t even make the beds, just emptied the rubbish bin and threw some fresh towels in a bunch on the rack. Cocktails were nice, spa, pool and water park were good. Cane toads everywhere outside at night. Good location across from Woolworths.

Room was spacious, but carpet felt dirty and old.

Clean room well serviced

Room service could be better. On the first morning they took all our towels and put 2 towels in there for 4 people, no floor mats or hand towels. Beds not made up. Also lice all over the property. We have bites all over us. Pool and water park where not heated as stated on website. Older female waitress at breakfast was very rude and pushy hurrying us up with breakfast when we still had 30 minutes before the end of service!

Did not see any staff at all ! Did not get my room i booked ! Did not sleep ! Was violently ill with asthma and vomiting!!! Due to the mould frthe door to around the entire roof ceiling AND CURTAINS??? I EXPECT TO BE HEARD ! AS I TOLD THE LADY IN THE OFFICE! I DIDNT BOOK THAT BOOMERANG BUILDING!!! DUE TO ITS AFFECTS ON ME !!! SHE HAD SOMEWHAT A I DONT CARE ATTITUDE! AND SAID SO IF YOU DONT LIKE IT , THEN YOU LEAVE STRAIGHT AWAY? I SAID NO ! THE COMPUTER KNOWS WHERE I STAY THERE ( WHAT UNITS) I SAID I WAS HAPPY TO UPGRADE!!! SHE LIED SND SAID THERE WERE NO ROOMS LEFT !!! SHE LIED !!! THERE WERE ABOUT 7 ROOMS TO FAMILY UNITS NEAR OFFICE! I OFFERED TO PAY THE EXTRA! SHE WAS ADOMENTLY ROOD , AND KEPT SAYING THAT THERE'S NOTHING AVAILABLE, FOR 1 NIGHT ! I LOVE YOU GUYS YOUR MY HOME AND FAMILY AWAY FROM HOME AND BEAUTIFUL SOULS, BUT IVE NEVER EVER CROSSED THIS BEHAVIOUR AND DEFIANT ATTITUDE, AT MY OAKS BEFORE OR EVEN ANY OFF THE POOL, GROUNDS,CLEANERS, STAFFING ! BUT IT NEEDS TO ADDRESSED,

J'ai passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est excellent et le confort de la chambre est au rendez-vous, c'est pour cela que je donne une bonne évaluation. Cependant, deux points méritent d'être améliorés : le ménage de la chambre (ménage superficiel) et le petit-déjeuner reste un peu trop léger par rapport au prix demandé. Si ces deux points sont corrigés, ce serait parfait
