The tv didn’t work couldn’t get it to work other then that great room

Very clean and quiet. Excellent restaurant.

No elevator to second story which can be a real issue with seniors and others with mobility issues. Building is old but has lots of space to put one in. Nice room on the second floor overlooking the pool area.

This was an older property, with some renovations done in the rooms. Beds were comfortable, the shower had low water pressure, walking distance to restaurants. Ample parking.

1. The staff in entirety were amazing! Very friendly! Putting this first so everyone sees. Maybe it was just us but I haven’t felt this kind of customer service at a hotel in a long time. We had a great stay! We had 3 kiddos in tow and it worked well for us. Pros : Pool was great / clean. Restaurant was good and quick with solid customer experience. Rooms had good AC to cool you down. Rooms were clean. Beds pillows and sheets were fresh and crisp. Inside of the rooms have been updated to be nicer, maybe a 3-3.5 out of 5. Tons of parking. Lots of doors to the outside so it’s easy to get close to your room to park which is nice. Cons: I was very nervous waking up to the hotel. It looked very dated/not well upkept and did not instil much confidence. The inside was much better and you could tell the inside underwent renovations. The smoking around and at the doors is significantly excessive and I think should be enforced slightly better. Hallways and rooms are totally smoke free. Water pressure was pretty terrible but that’s to be expected.

Just an average hotel.

The room was clean and tidy, comfortable and cozy. What I loved the most was their soft bed.

The construction was a bit off-putting at first, but to me it showed they were making improvements and maintaining things. Room was great, very clean. Lots of entrances/exits and parking, we were able to park our vehicle right by our room door. Lots of space around the building to walk our dog, although I noticed lots of cigarette butts surrounding the property that could use a clean up. The text check in was nice, and the front desk staff who responded to the messages was very helpful and attentive. I had noticed some people had propped open a door with a rock so I notified staff, and they were very nice and said they would send security over to check it out. I appreciated the waiver at check in that went over some house rules, including the enforced 11pm quiet time and consequences for breaching the rules. I felt assured that things would be taken care of to respect all guests and a safe stay. I would stay here again.

Room was OK, fairly clean. Water pressure was nonexistent from the shower, even though it had a very fancy multi option shower with lots of nozzles the pressure was garbage. The pool had to be spiked with so much chlorine to offset the disgusting clientele that was staying at the hotel. Which is understandable, however, I did not use the pool or hot tub due to that reason. Had a very delicious steak dinner at 34th St. restaurant, but the waitress was absolutely miserable the whole time. Had to come back to our table 3 times because they were out of meat and our group had to re-order different meals. Only came back for one refill of drinks. Just looked irritated that we were there the whole time. Hotel smelled like pot from guest smoking in their rooms.

The room is very tide and clean. The staff is professional and kind. It’s a pet friendly hotel. We’ll be staying here again when we are back from Toronto.

The hot tub had no jets that worked and looked a bit rough. But it was okay overalll. Property seemed pretty decent on the inside but looked run down on the outside. Overall just fine.

Found a bed bug in the shower, immediately showed front desk staff. They denied quickly and said it was a “tick”

Great Staff at Cafeteria and at Reception especially Mani Rathore , exceptional services. I would like to stay at property next time for sure

The property itself is older, but renovated. Rooms are nicely updated and roomy. However, if you like the quiet evenings, DO NOT book a balcony room facing the pool area. It was very loud up until 11pm. The view is nice, but the noise in the evening is awful. Otherwise, great hotel.
