We really loved this hotel. A great welcome, room was of a high standard and the standard of service was generally high. The hotel has really thought about accessible needs for wheelchair users and we are definitely coming back. Try the beach bar, but the buffet restaurant is good too. One area for improvement is that the standard of food for the early evening in the Level needs improving and when food runs out, the restocking needs to take place more quickly. That did not distract from a great stay though.

Vår familie liker veldig godt hotellkjeden Meliá. Vi har bodd på flere av deres hoteller i ulike byer, og vi gir bare de beste tilbakemeldingene om tjenestene som tilbys. Personalet er rett og slett fantastisk, og maten som serveres er av god kvalitet og variert. Meliá Zahara Resort & Villas imponerte med sin ytre arkitektur – at en sånn hotellperle finnes i en så liten landsby ved havet, er virkelig bemerkelsesverdig. For dem som setter pris på en god balanse mellom pris og kvalitet, er Meliá-hoteller et godt valg.

Un desastre, no pienso volver nunca mas a alojarme en este lugar. El peor de los Meliá que he estado. Primero la piscina cierra a las 18hs. El Spa abre recién a las 12hs por lo que si vas una sola noche como fue mi caso a menos que vayas el mismo día del check in no hay manera de llegar, sin decirte que se pusieron a arreglar y limpiar el spa cuando estaba yo ahí. 0 relax! Después, mi madre siendo discapacitada no tenía nadie que la ayudara a entrar porque basicamente había una sola persona atentiendo en recepción al horario del check in. Por último un disparate que te quieran cobrar 20 euros el estacionamiento, tienes 30 min de gracia para poder bajar y subir las cosas, que obviamente no te lo dicen a menos que preguntes. Lo único positivo la gente que atendía dentro del desayuno, el cual es variado, tiene opciones sin TACC pero debes pedirlas y el personal de housekeeping que también fue super amable, pero luego, nada mas! No volveré

schöner Swimming-Pool, freundliches Personal Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht, lange Wartezeit beim Check-in, sehr feuchtes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, im Badezimmer tropft das Wasser, von dem darüberliegenden Zimmer, von der Decke, Baulärm, direkt neben dem Sitzplatz laufen die Leute an den Strand, im kantinenähnlichen Speiseraum liegen viele Esswaren auf dem Boden und es ist sehr lärmig, schlechtes WiFi Es war mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel auf unserer Rundreise!

Nice resort style hotel. Excellent pool. Close to zahara. Decent gym. Breakfast great. A couple of annoying things: 1. Parking cost 20 euro per day. This is a lot in my opinion. Plenty of parking options just outside of the hotel. No one mentioned the cost of parking to us on arrival. 2. Costs of drinks at the bar. A tiny bottle of water and a soft drink was 7.40. Feels expensive. The have “special” beds around the pool that are almost always empty yet they are taking a lot of prime space. Personally I am not a big fan of dividing hotel guests into different classes when all staying in the same hotel. But for some this might be a plus. Those are small things. Overall the hotel is lovely and rooms are decent size and the facilities are very good

Beautiful facility on the beach. Ocean and pool are amazing. For English only speaking guests, very few staff speak English.

The amenities were awesome. Very short walk to the beach. AC wasnt working in one of our rooms. The last night was an odor of sewage. Was very bad.

Hotel club avec beaucoup d enfants donc beaucoup de bruit. Belle piscine . Chambre classique . Reste cher 400€ la nuit pour la prestation . Pas de parking propre à l hotel seulement 40mns gratuites pour la dépose des valises, le tarif du parking municipal est du coup exorbitant des lors que vous rentrez et sortez cela vaut le coup de se garer dehors

This place is just wonderful!

Worst experience ever. They keep asking for a printed Bono that we never had with Expedia. They refuse to give us our Gold member upgrade even when they have rooms available. We didn’t get the kind of room we payed for and my daughter (adult) slept in a child’s bed, but this is EXPEDIAS FAULT, the hotel doesn’t have 2 queen beds rooms. The hotel is extremely noisy and they left towels with holes on it in our bathroom. When we were checking out they ask again for a proof of payment, after I had emailed them the receipt. We felt very uncomfortable . I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Una experiencia muy grata. Teníamos El Level y ha sido lo menos grato dado que la tranquilidad brillo por su ausencia. Familias con niños pequeños lo utlizaban casi todo el tiempo como si fuera un todo incluido. Sera un servicio que por muy bueno que sea no volvería a contratar.

El hotel está bastante bien. La experiencia es muy agradable pero tiene dos peros. Es un muy buen 4 estrellas pero a precio de 5. Y sobre todo la comida. Malísima. No se entiende. Verdaderamente mala. Deberían esforzarse porque no es normal que ni una ensalada está buena, ni la pasta, carnes frías... En fin... Por lo demás hotel muy agradable y buen situado

Die Poolanlage und der Zugang zu den umliegenden Stränden ist hervorragend.

Absolutely beautiful and well kept property, with a lively pool and huge beach stretching far along the shore. The town nearby is cute. The staff is friendly and food is delicious. Rooms are large. We would love to come back!!
