Friendly, helpful and very accommodating front staff. Breakfast was great - lots of options - especially like the variety of breads, jams and eggs. Beds were very comfy. After a long and busy day at the sights and museum in Caen, we arrived about 7 pm expecting to have a nice dinner and a glass of wine. Unfortunately the dining room was closed because they were hosting a bus tour group. Ugh!! rather disappointing - the staff suggested several local restaurants or take out. So we decided on a pizza take-out and when I went back down to the desk to have them help me order, the kitchen staff took pity on a little old lady and made us a very nice meal with salad - and a big glass of wine. That was a sign of "above and beyond" and very much appreciated. A suggestion would be have a portion of the restaurant partitioned off for guests who are not on a tour - even just a portable type screen. Interestingly enough we were from Canada and we could hear the people in the tour group talking about "back home in Canada" The dining room is beautifully appointed - outdoor patio looked very inviting - just that the weather didn't cooperate. Liked the parking lot - felt safe leaving the car overnight - rather than in a public parking lot or on the street. Very quiet - had a great sleep Would definitely stay again - and recommend it to others.

It was a quick book-in, room lovely. Lovely outlook into trees so very quiet and not overlooked. Just stayed for the night but 15 minutes traffic-free drive to the ouistreham ferry.

Exellent séjour dans une chambre familiale spacieuse avec nos deux petits enfants. Literie confortable, bon petit déjeuner.

Nous avions fait un court séjour, néanmoins nous sommes tres satisfaits de celui-ci. Taruf abordable pour une suite familiale, personnel accueillant et gentil, enregistrement rapide et efficace et le petit déjeuner était copieux avec un large choix. Petit détail : le savon sentait bon:)

Gute Schlafkissen. Parkplatz - kostenfrei, ab 23.00 Uhr werden die Parkplatztore geschlossen, d.h. gut für Motorräder.

Hôtel confortable, pas de bruit juste domage table de nuit avec traces d’une bouteille collante d’un client avant. Et quelques pièces trouvées entre le bureau et le mur.( que j’ai laissé).

The hotel was perfect for what we wanted as it was close to ferry port. We were able to drive to local places but also a short walk from the hotel and you can get a tram into Caen which also has a train station if needed. The breakfast was lovely and the room was basic but clean.

Séjour agréable hotel calme petit déjeuner suffisamment garni. Bien situé par rapport à nos RDV sur Caen.

Très bon accueil. Possibilité de prendre la chambre avant l'heure prévue (déplacement pour un mariage). Hôtel confortable et bien tenu, sans prétention. S'il fallait trouver des points plus faibles : pain et viennoiseries ordinaires, comme les conserves de fruits "frais" que l'on sert habituellement. L'impression globale reste très positive.

Chambre en contrebas d'un talus, peu de lumière qui mériterait une belle rénovation... Pas de chauffage et donc j'ai eu froid tout la nuit...
