Fantastiskt mysigt litet hotell med perfekt läge. Frukosten serverades i en söt liten matsal vid bord med vita dukar. Ägg lagades enligt önskemål, kanske den godaste omelett vi ätit! Vänlig, omsorgsfull personal. Vi hade gärna stannat längre!

This hotel was charming, perfectly located, and so comfortable. The staff helped us find great restaurants and walking paths, I would happily come back here again.

Fantastic location, very clean and extremely helpful staff. The building is beautiful and city views from the room are great. The location is just steps away from beautiful canal views and great dining options. Air conditioning works great!

Very clean. Staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast fast, eggs cooked to order and champagne if desired.

The sewer odor in the room was a little too much, however we understand it’s in an old city.

Great location, boutique hotel, you can take the boat to the canal right out of the hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was cute, we had bath robes and slippers ! The room had a musky smell that remind me of my grandma’s living room, other than that amazing choice.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and food. Location is ideal. Only negative was the restricted access to the toilet. In order to fit a more luxurious jacuzzi bath, space was sacrificed for the toilet which was wedged in a small space with high sides on either side. Having said that, I would absolutely stay there again.

What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The location could not be any more central, the staff are wonderful and the breakfasts are without the doubt the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. (Including the Waldorf Astoria and the Dorchester) We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Bruges.

Small hotel with a personal touch. Breakfast was lovely and hospitality brilliant. Steps to suite not for anyone with walking difficulties or poor eyesight ( lift only stops one floor above). Would have been a five star review had it not been for the really bad smell in our bathroom that we reported on arrival but remained the same throughout our stay.

I have to say that this is quite possibly the loveliest hotel we have ever stayed in over all. The staff was outstanding. I wish I could tell you their names. We call them "Mr & Mrs Incredible Breakfast", "Lovely Young Lady who checked us on
