Excellent location and great room

Housekeeping was amazing 10/10 It was very hot and the hotel didn’t have a/c, the window was open but it took me several requests and days to finally get a fan. At the price we paid that shouldn’t have been an issue.

Amazing staff, super considerate and friendly when we asked for help and provided us with first aid bandages when we needed! Super accommodating providing us with extra pillows and towels with no issues. Wonderful and spacious room in great location!

Hotel was ok. No AC until remodel is complete. We were right in the middle of the remodel. In all fairness the staff worked hard to make our stay comfortable. Bar and breakfast were great.

Excellent hotel

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient for walking to several points of interest and easily accessed for catching a cab. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately when we stayed they were installing AC so it was a little toasty but they set us up with a fan that helped mitigate the issue.

Beautiful and safe hotel in the heart of central Dublin!

There was no air conditioning installed in our room and the windows barely open. A fan was left in our room that has a 2-hour timer on it so we’d have to turn it on when we woke up hot and sweaty in the night multiple times. Renovation noises and smells were also present. Room was advertised as a king plus a single, we were given rooms with a queen instead so our little one had to sleep on the floor. The only positives were the staff who were attentive and the location was very walkable.

Very busy hotel. Location is great for exploring the city, but it is undergoing a remodel. Had to dodge ladders and painters. Elevators are extremely small

Be aware that the hotel has no power to the a/c system and provided a fan. We opened the window for fresh air until the smoking started outside our room window.

They were painting all of the hallways and doors in the middle of check in time on a busy weekend. Wet paint everywhere and got on my clothes. The air conditioner is broken but thankfully the windows open so it was enough to keep it cool. I also found 8 open safety pins on the carpet in the middle of my room and the sink faucet was in pieces in the sink. Otherwise the room was clean, great view of Christ church and the staff was friendly.

The bed is super comfortable and supportive - not too soft like some hotel beds. Breakfast buffet variety was excellent. It was a good base for walking to the downtown destinations we wanted to see.

Great location close enough to walk to the action without being in it! Lovely bar area. Clean spaces. Friendly people.

The room was unbearably hot - we couldn’t sleep or hang out there. We were told we could get a fan but for three days it never appeared although we asked over and over. Service in the dining room was terrible. Front desk staff were all super nice and caring - just didn’t follow through. The manager was helpful on the last day which I greatly appreciate. She clearly wanted to help and make things right. If they get air conditioning this place would be great. Amazing location.

Safe, clean hotel across the street from Christchurch Cathedral. Walkable to St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Guinness Storehouse, Dublin Castle, Temple Bar. St. Mary’s Pro Cathedral is a longer walk. Breakfast Buffet is recommended if offered. The Hotel buffet offers all items found in a traditional “Irish Breakfast” at a better price and location.

The staff were amazing. There was no air conditioning and the room was small for three people. The location was good. The Christchurch Cathedral bells ring every 15 minutes, which can be rough when sleeping.

Rude, curt staff. The place was an absolute madhouse and when we could FINALLY check in, we walked to our room and found that at 4pm on an Friday, our doorway was being painted. Not a good situation. There was also an full crew removing and installing wallpaper and we had to dodge ladders and glares. The commercial paint fumes were VERY, VERY BAD. Otherwise, it was meh—only decaf instant coffee in the room, probably because they try to make you buy their expensive restaurant breakfast, and the icing on the cake was the bloody Band-Aid that was stuck to the carpet in our room. To be fair, it was otherwise clean and very convenient, but I should have been informed about the construction and paint, especially considering how expensive this little room was.

Convenient location across from Christchurch Cathedral in walking distance to Dublin castle, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Temple Bar, Guinness Storehouse. Although the room was cleaned daily, towel service was inconsistent - 3 people in the room, but 2 towel sets were left after the room cleaning instead o fathers expected 3 - daily trip to the front desk for extra towels.

Hotel under construction and not clean. We had travel issues and they denied our request for a refund.
