We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Lake Lodge with my family. Thanks to super super-friendly staff. The lake is breathtaking and just steps away from the cabin.

Room was cute & close to lake, cozy comfy bed & fireplace (wood wasn't restocked but we found some outside). Bathroom could be updated, tub had a hair on it, vent coming off ceiling, but toiletries were lovely. Robes were supplied but no slippers to walk to hot tub. Hot tub & sauna were lovely across from the lake. Shuttle service was great, they were very comical and check in was easy. Great stay, will watch for deals in off season again!

Everyone was really kind and attentive and the rooms were cozy and clean. The carpets need replacing and a bit of paint is needed here and there but it was a charming stay. The setting is absolutely stunning and endless hikes to choose from. Will be back again!

Rooms are in need of an update. Soft spots under deck and outdated carpets. Room smelled like fire smoke very bad when we entered. Outdated furniture, dim lighting. No sound proofing. The best part is the scenery. Emerald lake is breathtaking, definitely worth seeing but I recommend just going there for the day and skip the very average outdated rooms for what they charge.

Great place, great people, totally worth the price to stay in such a place. With I has more Time to enjoy the ammeties and the outside.

Staff were friendly & location was lovely. Unfortunately we had a dog in the room below us who barked and howled for hours in the evening. Then again from 8 am until check out at 11. After few hours I called the front desk and they weren't able to do anything but ensure me they would be checking out today. I also was checking out and my stay was far from a relaxing night away.

Comfy beds, stone fireplaces in rooms, porches. That staff and restaurants were amazing.

The room was very comfortable, the view of the lake amazing and the quiet and peace of the property beyond compare. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

The place is amazing. The views and food are so good and worth it. Point Cabin is legit, but a tad dated. For the expense we had a few expectations that were not met (I have simple suggestions like an in room book with local info/hours, etc), but we still absolutely loved our stay. The views, fireplace, service, and overall experience made this trip unforgettable. Just remember there is no TV, no cell service, no WiFi in the rooms...so just keep that in mind. But there is plenty to enjoy where you MOSTLY won't miss those things. Except when trying to plan the next day at night and you can't look anything up. lol There are ways around this, like going to the lounge at the main lodge and doing the internet things, no biggie. Our last full day included walking around the lake. We planned ahead with the front desk and ordered one of the breakfast/lunch boxes you pickup in the mornings to take with us and had a picnic halfway around. Wonderful stay, definitely recommend.

We were pleased with the service and the food . The room did require a lot of stairs to get to it .witch was a little hard

Not only is the location spectacular with beauty only God can create but the staff was willing to go beyond the call of duty to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable!!! The room was attended to everyday and the fire was set as well so you only had to add the match!!! The staff was not only friendly but sincerely willing to assist in any extra needs which might occur!! They even changed our room after the stairs were too much for my knees!! And checked to make sure I was ok, offering medical assistance if necessary!!! Even though the location is 30 minutes from a town, you are assured of your needs being cared for!!! A five star experience for sure!!!

This lodge is located on the most picturesque lake I have ever seen. Splurge for the lake view room as it will enchant you. We loved this property and have been twice. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is great but expensive. I wish the lounge had appetizers. All it has is a charcuterie board for 32$. The rooms are super cozy but need a little TLC.
