We’ve stayed several times - it’s a lovely hotel and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Our hotel room could do with updating, but we’d still happily stay again.

Cockroach in my room! it completely ruined my trip! I would not expect a 4 star hotel to habe this problem. I slept with lights on for duration of my stay . i know it is spain but it csn really ruin a trip. ps i had my door to the balcony shut never left them open but it still happened. i did only see one big one but that was enough for me.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and modern room with lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Shame the rood doesn't come with tea/coffee making facilities. 10min walk along the seafront to town.

Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer war ziemlich sauber, aber ich hatte Haare auf dem Handtuch gehabt und ich musste zwei Tage vor meine Buchung ausreisen und man hat mir nicht angeboten, dass eventuell eine Erstattung von den zwei Nächten, die ich bereits bezahlt hatte, zumindest geboten wird

Friendly reception staff at check in, quite a far walk to our room from the main building (we had to go underground through a tunnel to a conference centre and up to a satellite building - never seen anything like it!). If you have any ailments maybe ask for a room in the main building. The room was very rough around the edges, scuffed paintwork, chipped doors, water damaged bathroom etc) and absolutely zero noise insulation in the room. You could literally hear everyone in the hallways, other bedrooms, outside. If you like privacy/sleep this isn’t for you. Our room also overlooked a private villa so we had screaming kids right outside our room and with full visibility right into our room. The staff were pleasant enough but sometimes you would walk past reception and not even get a ‘hola’. The pool area was nice and spacious, probably the best feature of the hotel. This hotel definitely isn’t a 4 star, would be a 2 star at a push, but we got a great price on it. If it’s a bargain price I would say I’d stay again, but not at the ‘normal’ prices.

Séjour parfait dans cet établissement. L'accueil est formidable. L'hôtel est joli, le petit déjeuner est fabuleux.

Un lieu assez luxueux, avec piscine privée, cour au calme, restaurant et buffet de petit-déjeuner de qualité, le tout à moins de 2 minutes des plages à pied, et à 15 minutes du centre de Sitges. Le personnel est très accueillant. Ma chambre disposait d'un balcon avec transats, idéal pour se détendre, et d'une jolie douche à l'italienne. Un lieu chaleureux et relaxant.

Stayed here for a hen weekend. Staff were so lovely and professional. The hotel is bigger than you think and our room was the furthest away! It was a reasonable sized room for two of us and we didn’t mind the extra steps to get to breakfast. Breakfast was excellent although got extremely busy so something to bear in mind if you have plans etc. the bar staff were great and the drinks were strong! Would return again to this hotel xx

Its a nice hotel with nice beds but weird rooms and not well maintained everywhere, somethings are not built to last. Its not consistently built. Staff is nice, breakfast oke. Location for the price is oke, you can park in the area for free outside the nlue and green zones.

Me han engañado. Reservé una habitación doble. Cuando llegué, pedí si podía tener una cama doble. Me dijeron que sí, pero debía pagar un suplemento. Pagué el suplemento, pero la realidad fue que en lugar de una cama doble me dieron 2 camas pegadas, cubiertas con una misma sábana. Si te ponías en medio, notabas el hueco entre los 2 colchones. He pedido el reembolso de ese suplemento, pero no he tenido ninguna noticia del hotel.

Der Weg zum Zimmer ist, wie ein Labyrinth aus Treppen. Ein kleiner Aufzug ist nur eingeschränkt im Einsatz. Keine Sportmöglichkeiten, kein Spa. Bohren, Reparatur- und Renovierungsarbeiten am Samstag und Sonntag. Wände so dünn wie Pergamentpapier. Das Zimmer; aufgequollene Türen und Spanplatten. Hinter der Klobürste wird einfach nicht gewischt, ich erspare mir die Beschreibung. Der Kleiderschrank, die Tür lässt sich nur leicht öffnen. Die vorhandenen Schubladen lassen sich nicht benutzen, weil der Nachttisch die Türöffnung versperrt. Das Badezimmer; das Waschbecken auf billigen Spanplatten, die aufgequollen sind. Der PVC Boden löst sich überall auf. Spanplatten-Schreibtisch-ähnlich mit einem billigen Plastikstuhl vorhanden, die am Fußende aufgequollen sind. Minibar Kühlschrank, kühlt nicht. Fernseher drei Sender in allen Sprachen, mit mehrfachen Ausfall. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Schreibmaterial oder Block. Die Terrasse besteht aus Stufen, links ein kleiner primitiver Plastiktisch und Plastikstuhl mit hohen Mauern umringt. An der Außenwand ist ein Strahler befestigt, der die ganze Nacht das Zimmer hell beleuchtet. Katastrophale Zustände: ich habe keine Ahnung, wie dieses Hotel vier Sterne bekommen hat. Bei mir würde es KEIN Stern erhalten. Selbst das Frühstück war minimalistisch und hatte noch nicht mal ein Crêpe oder Cupcake…

La chambre était petite mais agréable avec sa terrasse. Pour le reste RAS. Une petite sujétion un plateau de convivialité thé et café serait agréable et aprecié. Bel emplacement et proche de la mer. J’y reviendrai 😘
