Nice property. Was off season while there so it was quiet.

Absolutely terrible Hotel. Only one elevator for the entire hotel, super slow. Keys never worked the whole time we stayed, balcony basically overlooks a swamp. Most expensive hotel I've ever stayed in for the horrendous condition that the room was in. Litter and fast food wrappers under & behind the couch. Fridge was filthy. And the worst part was, the shower drain immediately back up into the tub, absolutely disgusting!

Went there for a couple days I like to see it is the best. The staff are amazing right next to the water. Great for kids and adult adults of course nice place to relax for a couple of days. Highly recommend.

I got the lake view room with balcony, the view was amazing. I wake up every morning looking at the mountain and lake and the pier, so mesmerizing. The room was so big, it feels nice and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was the bathroom. It was very small and tight. The sink being out of the bathroom was good. It’s just me, I don’t like small bathroom. Other than that, everything was great!

Stayed in a villa with 5 people, very spacious and the kitchen was great. The living room has patio doors that back into the garden area with a patio table which was lovely. The beds were comfortable and rooms well sized! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Boardwalk was closed unfortunately but still able to use the lakeside seating at the Hotel Eldorado.

We booked a one bedroom lake view suite. The view was great! The kitchen and bathrooms were decent but the carpet and furniture was very old. The room needs a renovation. Our king bed was very comfortable but the pull out couch for our teenagers was terrible! It felt like you were laying on cardboard and springs. They could not sleep. We complained and the manager when he came back from his days off upgraded us for our remaining nights to a newly renovated 2 bedroom beach front townhouse. It was amazing! As well we were compensated by removing our resort fee and parking. We were very happy with the customer service!

We had such a lovely stay. The villa right at the beach was perfect.

The restaurant service was very slow. The front desk staff mislead us as to breakfast room location, upstairs across the grounds. The incidentals charge was very high, $250 Canadian.

Staff is primarily inexperienced. Resort - main building and townhouses are in need of an upgrade. Broken tiles in bathroom or kitchen areas. Resort charges a daily fee for the use of pools and private beach; however, several locals utilize the outdoor pool and beach - each stated that they come to the pool often as the staff is lack and never does anything.

Right on the water - beautiful views. Great walking distance to beaches and cafes.

The townhomes are rundown and in need of upgrading. We had problems with our key cards on several occasions and couldn’t get into our rooms without going to the office. I would not come back to this resort. I’m not sure if it’s just Kelowna’s water system, but the water out of the taps is almost undrinkable. We had to buy water from a store.
