O hotel está ridiculamente desatualizado. Precisa desesperadamente de obras. Não é digno do valor nem de 4 estrelas.

Rien à dire, bel accueil et personnel au top

Je mets 5. Je trouve les avis beaucoup trop négatifs. L’hôtel est de bon standing. Oui il manque un peu de peinture sur quelques portes, oui l’ascenseur est un peu long. Oui c’est une baignoire. Mais l’hôtel est très propre. Les literies sont très confortables. Un peu de bruit de circulation mais c’est normal, le centre de Palerme est à 10 minutes en voiture. Le petit déjeuner est nickel, complet et très bon. Alors oui on monte quelques étages à pied si il faut. Bravo au personnel souriant avec tous ces touristes aigris. A l’accueil, elles parlent plus ou moins français mais ça va, on fait tous des efforts. Petit bémol pour la serveuse du bar de la piscine, elle aussi, aigrie. Et oui il faut un bonnet qu’ils vendent, c’est ce qu’on appelle de l’hygiène. Bref, je mets 5 même si ça en vaut un très bon 4, pour rééquilibrer les notes négatives.

En général bon hotel malgre les avis negatifs de plusieurs personnes L hotel est un peu loin de la ville .eh bien il faut marcher La rue est tres passante. Si vous restez toute la journee dans la chambre .c est vrai que c est bruyant. Mais rester toute la journee dans la chambre .n allez pas si loin (vu ds les commentaires)

Personnel à l’écoute, chambre propre, hôtel plutôt loin du centre ville (5-10 minutes) en voiture mais bien desservis par les bus, même de nuit. Petit déjeuner complet. Piscine propre. Ravi de notre séjour au San Paolo Palace hotel

Very clean and quiet great breakfast

Worst beyond worst, have pictures to prove our room had people living in it lol upon arrival. We had another room with bugs on floor, 3 types of beds when we paid for a king, service worst than zero , go somewhere else

Nothing around the property, we had a rental car, so we had to drive everywhere

Used the Resturant could not eat the food. Most expensive meal on our holiday and easily the worst. Don’t be fooled by waiter dressid in white with brass buttons could not dven ensure salt and pepper was in the table We had to change our room after the first night, depressing dark room over looking a building site. All in all worst experience of our holidsy

Pros: Great view from the 14th floor Manageable walk into the city Nice restaurants in walking distance Breakfast was okay Staff was friendly and helpful Cons: Toilet flush broke, after we arrived (was quickly fixed) Air con leaked from the ceiling all over my suitcase on the first night (was quickly fixed) Restaurant on 14th floor was pricy and basic Swimming pool only open at certain times, and you need to buy a 2 euro swimming cap to enter the pool Neighbourhood is pretty neglected and busy

Stunning views, I couldn’t believe the look over the city right to the ocean and it felt like I was staying in a castle. The staff were friendly and helped me get around. However I did find someone else tooth floss left on the hand soap bottle

Hotel dobry, oceniam go pozytywnie, czysty, zadbany, obsługa na wysokim poziomie. Trochę daleko od centrum miasta, śniadania codziennie takie same, ale dobre, brakowało mi świerzych owoców,
