Excellent hotel. Superb facilities. Excellent Reception Manager and team.

Vi bodde i ett stort rum som snarare var som en lägenhet vilket verkade vara en del av hotellet som var uppbyggt på det sättet. Vi hade problem med internetanslutning och personalen gjorde vad de kunde för att hjälpa till, även om det troligen var något fel som vi eller de kunde avhjälpa. Om ni vill använda er av spa möjligheten så blev det en annorlunda upplevelse för oss svenskar som inte är vana vid att det är så mycket nakenhet som förekommer i tyska spa. Personalen var återigen bra och upplyste oss om detta innan vi gick in eftersom de troligen har upplevt att andra utländska besökare upplevt obehag över detta tidigare. Boendet ligger bra och relativt centralt, lite krångligt med parkering i närheten av hotellet, men parkeringshus finns en lite bit bort där det var enkelt, men dyrt att parkera.

Pro: Sauber, ordentlich, modern und hell eingerichtet, Shampoo/Duschgel/Seife im Bad, Minibar, klasse Frühstück, zentrale Lage, Parkhäuser und ÖPNV direkt in der Nähe. Contra: Personal am Empfang. Beim Check-in kam ich offenbar ungelegen. Dann wurde ich „unterrichtet“, dass diverse Felder auf dem Formular obligatorisch seien, ich sie aber nicht ausfüllen müsse, da obligatorisch schließlich freiwillig bedeute. Seufz. Nein, das bedeutet es nicht. Beim Check-out könnte man für den Besuch danken, sich auf ein nächstes Mal freuen und einen schönen Tag sowie eine gute Heimreise wünschen, anstelle nach der Zahlung nur trocken „tschüss“ zu sagen. Eher eine Erfahrung mit hochgezogener Augenbraue. Davon abgesehen ist das Hotel aber echt gut.

No parking. We had to park blocks away in a paid parkade that was expensive. Came for the pool but didn’t get a chance to enjoy due to our lateness, as well you have to pay extra for access to it which was not worth the 1-2 hours of potential enjoyment that we could’ve had. We also did not feel that safe in this area of the city where the hotel was. A lot of graffiti everywhere. What appeared to be the ?homeless consuming drugs during our walk from the parkade. I would not come to this hotel again.

Love roof terrace- wish bar open later though!

tolles Hotel, top Lage, sehr schöner Sparbereich und die Dachterrassse ist ein Traum.

If the Spa/Therm was not on site, the property would be less than 3 stars. They assigned me to a room where the telephone does not work; no English instructions for the air conditioner and the television. though it advertises as 4star, there was no robe, slipper's and turndown service. The staff could not find my reservation, had to see my confirmation to add my daily breakfast. The location was its second best feature.

Excellent German style sauna. Handy location for the gay scene.

Clean room, staff was nice, better options for breakfast within city centre, but spa was 10/10 and i highly reccomend the aufguss that happens every hour in the spa, very clean hotel and spa.

The hotel was absolutely lovely, and the Therme was incredible! An amazing way to end a day in Cologne. Staff were helpful and the room was lovely and clean. Would recommend this hotel and would love to stay again!

Bel hôtel très confortable, bien situé. Un immense spa très agréable et bien équipé, un havre de repos ouvert jusqu’a 23h. Personnel efficace et attentif , mais peu souriant Hélas il n’y a pas de bouilloire dans les chambres. Petit déjeuner buffet très varié. La carte du restaurant est plutot limitée, mais il y a de bons restaurants tout prêt de l’hotel. Trés bon sejour !

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Parkplätze sind sehr limitiert. Ich habe leider Pech gehabt. Aber in der Umgebung gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten für 30 EUR/24h.

De spa was geweldig.

This was a very nice hotel. One of our favorites on our trip. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was nice and conveniently located. I wish we had time to enjoy the spa.

I had lovely stay at this hotel in the center of Cologne. It was my first time using a German spa, The main sauna has a old custom ritual when a person heat up the suna with lemongrass herbs on the hour, I absolutely loved it! Outdoor hot pool and indoor pool, cold tub, Jacuzzi. Never have I been to a spa and felt so relaxed and free from stress. Friendly checking in and out. Rooms clean and modern. I had the best sleep here, must have to come back.
