Lovely hotel and staff. Right outside is the tram into the old town which for us was a blessing. Used every day of stay. Pool area was nice and bar outside. Lovely barman very helpful and polite. Food we had one evening was delicious. Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. Nothing not to like about Occidental. Seville was superb and friendly. Fantastic 5 days here and I look forward to coming back in the future.

It was a nice place, average facility.

Excellent 4 star hotel. Well positioned for public transport to main sites and beyond. Staff were friendly and attentive, service good, rooms and bathrooms very clean. Comfy beds. Great choice at breakfast. The menu in the main Cafe/Bar could be a bit more exciting however, on saying that, a big shout out to Daniel who was so obliging in all aspects. We enjoyed our stay.

Goede uitvalbasis om de bekende bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken. Hotel ligt dicht bij een bus- en treinstation. Ook de metro of tram zijn op loopafstand. Je kunt een oplaadkaart kopen bij de tabakswinkel voor de metro, bus en trams. De kaart kost €2,- en moet vervolgens worden opgewaardeerd. Er kunnen tegelijkertijd twee mensen gebruik van maken door twee keer in te checken. Anders dan in Nederland hoef je niet uit te checken. Een rit kost €0,40 per persoon In de omgeving zijn veel restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, wasserette en andere winkels. Hotel was goed schoongemaakt het personeel was vriendelijk. Ik mocht eerder inchecken. Over het ontbijt kan niet oordelen omdat ik daar geen gebruik van heb gemaakt. In de omgeving kan je voor heel weinig geld prima ontbijten. Ik heb in totaal 8 dagen gelogeerd in een juniorsuite verbleven. De Rookmelder hing precies boven het bed. Het knipperende Lampje vond ik storend. De koelkast koelde niet goed. Daardoor was het niet mogelijk om etenswaren erin te bewaren zonder risico op bederf. Alleen flessen water of blikjes fris konden erin worden gezet; die werden pas na twee dagen enigszins koud. Ik was vooral teleurgesteld over het zwembad. Het is erg klein en slechts 70 cm diep. Bij warm weer kun je er eigenlijk alleen met je voeten pootjes baden. Voor de rest heb ik enorm genoten van mijn vakantie in Sevilla

Posizione perfetta, davanti una stazione del tram che in 3 fermate ti porta in pieno centro di fronte alla cattedrale. Plaza de Espan̈a a 5 minuti a piedi. Struttura pulita, nuova e funzionale

Really good hotel, clean, quiet, spacious and everything you could possibly want for breakfast. The only downside is the distance from the centre, a good 30 mins walk or more depending on where you are going. If, like us, you are staying in Seville during a heatwave it's not fun to walk that far in the heat.

Really well located with a short tram ride into the center of Seville. The pool is a great addition when you need to come back and relax after a very hot day sightseeing. The cleaners were really friendly and nothing was too much effort. Very accommodating.

The property has a very nice staff but not doorbell service . The breakfast is very good to start the day. Location is very close to plaza de españa and to accecible to downtonw by bus, metrorail, etc

Great location for transport links, short walk to Seville center. Very clean hotel, lovely breakfast, staff very efficient. Overall would definitely recommend.

O café da manha era 10/10, alem de tudo q ficava exposto que era muita coisa e de qualidade, tinha tambem uma ilha que vc poderia pedir ovos e outras coisas. Realmente muito bom

Excellent location next to trams, buses and metro station. Close enough to walk to city centre attractions and Plaza de Espana. Lovely large, clean, modern, quiet, cosy room and huge bed. Nice, relaxed pool area, pool water is freezing cold though! Good, varied breakfast, catered for partner's gluten allergy. Relaxed bar area. Perfect stay.

Good public transport very near by trams and metro. Hotel were so helpful supplied us with a kettle as we got fed up trying to make a cup of tea using the coffee machine. Very clean and good selection at breakfast time. Highly recommend.
