This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. But there are a lot of stairs if you have mobility issues!

Wonderful hotel in the middle of the old town. Spa was nice and breakfast was great. We spend four pleasant days in Vilna!

Absolutely stunning hotel. Looking forward to staying there again. Excellent from A to Z. Clean, charming, unique. Every detail is thought through with comfort in mind. Scrumptious breakfast. Parking available. Super clean.

Really nice hotel with super breakfast

Beautiful hotel in the middle of old town. We stayed for a couple of nights before heading to Kelmė for Christmas. We had a family room, which was huge and also had a massive bathroom. We were offered free welcome drinks in the bar/ lobby area. Breakfast was lovely in downstair cellar rooms. We also tried the SPA area, which had steam room/ sauna/ small pool. Only negative is that underfloor heating in bathroom was too high- was too hot to stand with bare feet. But it was perfect for drying all swim items. We had a great stay and our 9 year old daughter asked us to get a membership, so we can stay here every time we come to Vilnius😉. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Expensive, hotel restaurant is horribly expensive

Hôtel magnifique Malheureusement nous gardons un sentiment d’avoir été berné car nous avons eu une chambre standard alors que nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure et malgré qu’on s’en est rendu compte beaucoup de mauvaise foi de la part de l’hôtel qui ne tenait pas compte de l’évidence et trouvait des excuses irrecevables Point faible sur les peignoirs qui sont déchirés et pas repassés c’est pas correct pour un 5 étoiles Cependant l’hôtel est très beau et bien situé Le restaurant est excellent Sans ce sentiment d’avoir été volé j’aurais mis 4 étoiles C’est dommage

Mahtava sijainti, hyvä aamiainen ja miellyttävä sisustus tekivät majoituksvalinnasta onnistuneen. Spa-osasto oli pieni, mutta saunat lämpimiä. Poreallas ei jaksanut oikein poreilla, mutta isommassa altaassa vastavirran sai sen verran virtaamaan, että siinä pystyi vähän uimaan. Palvelu oli ystävällistä.

Great location in the heart of Vilnius with spacious and well-designed rooms, but the service fell short. Housekeeping was inconsistent—beds weren’t always made, and bed sheets weren’t changed during my four-night stay. Parking was poorly managed, with staff prioritizing their own spaces over guests. Breakfast staff created an awkward atmosphere by questioning guest timing, even though there were still two hours left in the service. Additionally, no advance notice was given about a noisy New Year’s party, disrupting sleep. Room for improvement in service and communication.

We had a very nice stay in hotel Narutis. The hotel is very central right on Pilies street with tons of restaurants and cafes available in walking distance. Location was very handy to watch the New Year's celebration, which took place only 5 mins from the hotel. On arrival we were told we were upgraded to the Suite (room 134) which was very nice and spacious. One thing to note is that this Suite has no view as it ovelooks the parking lot and the rubbish bins and was a bit claustrophobic. If you're after views and natural light, I would avoid this room. We asked if we can transfer to a room at the front, but this wasn't possible as the hotel was full. Pipework is also quite noisy, but that's understandable as it's an old building. SPA area was clean and not too busy, so we enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast is good, but gets really busy around 9:30, so you will struggle to find seating for more than 2 people.

We had a lovely time at the Narutis hotel. The lobby and bar are wonderful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is excellent.

Chouette hôtel en plein centre (bon en même temps c'est pas los Angeles) avec un personnel très accomodant. La partie piscine spa sauna hammam est vraiment top. Un vrai côté chaleureux. Un seul petit bémol pour la note maximum : mérite un peu coup de jeune sur certains aspects (moquette, déco des chambres, bar...). Mais vous pouvez y aller quand même les yeux fermés. Super petit déjeuner aussi.

Fantastic location, beautiful interior and lovely breakfast, and beautiful spa. A small minor mistakes is the reason for not giving 5 stars. We had put the sign out for breakfast in our room but that did not work! No breakfast arrived and the sign were still hanging on our door !!!

A lovely hotel right in the middle of the old town, steps away to every spot.

The first thing was they charged me $40 for an early check in. Very tacky. Secondly the mini split started emitting an alarm at 4AM and they basically said they couldnt do anything about it. After shutting off the system the alarm persisted for over an our. Lastly they stress a free drink in the bar for guests but you get only a beer or a glass of house wine. This I would expect at a Motel 6.

Hotel con gran servicio, un Spa donde poder relajarte y un desayuno espectacular. La ubicación es perfecta, súper céntrico . Habitación espaciosa y silenciosa

Everything was outstanding! Not only the facilities were great, the staff was also top notch. At my arrival I got a very warm welcome by Yuri. I stayed for 3 nights in a very stylish room. The area is very cosy, surrounded of beautiful old buildings and lively streets, with restaurant and cafés gallore. There is even a very nice spa at the hotel which we used in 2 occasions. Finally I got a lot of help from the person at the reception when I was at the airport on my way to catch my flight home and I realised I had left my portable computer in the room. The person at the reception was awesome, he located my computer and even arranged a taxi driver to bring me the computer to the airport on time before my flight left.. Thank you so much to that person (I don't know his name but he was working there last Sunday afternoon) and to Narutis hotel for an unforgettable stay!

The hotel is very charming, cute with great location in the center of Vilnius. The breakfast was delicious but better to start at 7a.m
