The check-in person was friendly. It was difficult to get some rest because the guests residing in the room above kept running/stomping. The room had a funky smell, but we made due.

We just needed a place close to the airport for an early morning flight. Was only going to be there for sleep basically, so didn't want to spend much on a room. You get what you pay for, and we didn't expect much, but this hotel was fine. A little run down, the beds weren't very comfortable, and it just had an old hotel smell. We had to leave before breakfast was served, but I like that it was offered. Staff was very nice.

Clean room and friendly helpful staff!

Stayed 5/17/25 - 5/19/25. Room was dirty on arrival. Room was never cleaned by staff. I bought Lysol wipes my first night to clean. Will attach pics of bathroom light switch and shower curtain. Other hotel availability very limited due to graduation that weekend, and I couldn’t afford to move. Metal bed frame made loud clanking noise when you sat or lay down. the bed had a bar on the side of the bed where I hit my leg on. I had to go to desk to get towels. Room across the hall had a black garbage bag sitting in hallway for two days. The desk clerk left the desk a couple times that I know of to shuttle people to the airport. The entrance sliding door made a loud squealing noise every time it opened and closed. The parking lot was too small and parking spaces were really narrow. It was hard to park my wider vehicle. The coffee cup lids were too small for the coffee cups. Overall not a good experience at all.

Old and disrepair

I walked through the squeaky door and was not sure what to expect. There were only 2 people in front of me waiting to check in. I looked around and the lobby seemed clean so I thought to myself, perhaps I should not have had the meatloaf for lunch. By that time the nice lady at the counter was only half way through her questions. The guy in front of me was explaining how he was working in the area for the last 10 days and how his buddy was going to drive all the way to Miami. I knew it was going to be a long check in. When I finally made it the 3 steps forward to the front desk while thinking to myself I just want to check in don’t worry it was only three minutes later the guy at the front counter was real nice. Check in went fast cuz I booked online. He was informing everyone that booking online made checking in so much faster. The part that took the most time was arranging transportation to the airport. Five bucks. Wow. I needed a ride so they had me right where they wanted me. Had I known that before things may have been way different. The room was nice and clean. The cleaning lady even left a nice note. So convenient not having to worry about turning on and off the lights the motion sensors make everything so easy. Just don’t toss and turn at night. Lights going on and off constantly. Over all a real nice stay. The guy that drove me to the airport was right on time. They asked me to be there ten minutes early I was. I did not expect the tips are welcome sigh in the car.

The room was humid and had a weird smell to it

It was so terrible . It smelled like a rotting body. Filth There waa food in the bed frame. A eaten chicken in the fridge. The battub faucet came out of the wall. The odor was so overwhelming . We opened window sprayed perfume. The bedding had stains. The bathtub had black coming out while shower was on. The carpet was black with filth. The pool was shut down by the health department. I am calling wyndham and filing a complaint.

It’s alright, it had a weird mess as soon as you walked in. 6/10

Clean. Had all the things needed for an over night stay headed to the airport and headed home. Staff was super friendly and very helpful.

Room was left dirty when we arrived. No other rooms were open, so the front desk offered to have our room deep cleaned. When we came back four hours later, our room had still not been touched and a dirty bra was still on the floor. We left at 9 o’clock that night to try and find a room for my family of five.

John was absolutely lovely and amazing. He went above and beyond for us to make our stay great! He made sure the pool was open for us for the kids to swim. John is the face of customer service, appreciate him so much!

The staff were always available and friendly. Which is why I’m giving this facility 2 stars. The facility smelled musty and of old smoke. Light switches were difficult to find in the room and some of the lamps had been unplugged, so it was difficult to get around to start. There was only one towel in the room when we indicated there would be two people. The breakfast buffet was extremely limited, with only oatmeal, cereal, and waffles. No protein available of any sort. The elevator was making some severe jerking motions the one time we rode it and we were concerned we would get stuck in it. And by the next morning it was out of commission.

The attendant at the front desk was great! Very nice and attentive. I don’t remember his name but he was great white middle age mn

I just appreciate the peace being here

I’ve been staying here for weeks now the place is very clean and and comfortable and and I really appreciate the housekeeping service anything I needed they provided for me

Bed wasn’t really comfortable, seen dead bugs near the bathroom sink and wasn’t that good overall.
