Otelin tam önünde durak var, toplu taşımayla her yere çok rahat ulaşım sağlanıyor, oda temizdi, personel çok ilgili ve kibardı.

Stor frukostbuffé med många val. Trevlig personal. Dåligt med restauranger och butiker i närheten av hotellet, men nära till centrala Budapest med gratis lokaltrafik för 65+.

Hotel datato e non mantenuto, colazione discreta. Comodo per raggiungere il centro, essendoci diversi autobus nelle immediate vicinanze.

Great hotel, about 25 min walk from Deli station. Unfortunately there was not enough time to check their kitchen. Maybe next time. :)

ThexHotel is very old and bathroom and inside doors habe small damages, but there is a little kitchen in each room which is great, And the staff is extremely helpfull , speaks German and English and the very low price makes up the old ewipment in bathroom but, bedroom furniture is renovated and fine , also AC and TV are modern, so altogether 4,5 out of 5 stars

Das Hotel erinnert im ersten Moment von Aussen an die KGB Zeiten. Lobby ist auch eher einfach. Personal sehr freundlich . Zimmer haben oft eine klein kitchenet mit Kühlschrank, was bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt wirklich ein grosses Plus ist . Zimmer sind mit ihren m2 recht grosszügig. Das Interieur in den Zimmern erinnert nicht mehr an KGB Zeiten. Modern renoviert und gemütlich. Was mich bewogen hatte statt Novotel, Hotel Charles zu buchen. Ich würde wieder Hotel Charles buchen! War sehr zufrieden

Bus stop is 10 steps outside of the front door every 8-15 minutes with 3 buses routes to every attraction in 10 minutes ride supermarket is in 5 minutes walking … what else do you need? you get almost all:) good choice to stay in Charles hotel

Rekommenderar! Rummet var fräschare än förväntat, personalen var supertrevliga och buss direkt in till stan gick precis utanför hotellet dygnet runt. Frukosten var enkel men bra. Inget att klaga på!

Great hotel for a visit. Close to everything including grocery store. Nice to have a kitchenette. The only issue I had was the bed. Very old and used mattress which needs to be changed out as soon as possible.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Charles. This was my first visit to Budapest; the hotel is conveniently located on a major bus route, and thus was a good base from which to explore the city. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is generous and excellent. My room was quite comfortable. As the hotel is located on a major thoroughfare, the rooms that face that road are quite noisy. I requested a quieter room and was immediately accommodated. I appreciated the staff's kind, efficient response, and slept well for the rest of my stay.

Classy hotel with friendly staff, excellent English, and we parked our rental car for an extra fee. Good location inside the "city centre" which in Budapest is quite large because great attractions are spread all over this large city, not all together within walking distance. Easy bus and tram connections to all over Budapest.

The staff was fantastic, rooms were clean. The king bed is actually 2 twin beds pushed together. Shower was small and I was excited to see a shower sprayer, body jets and a hand wand. But only the hand wand worked. Not an issue but bummed. Check the hours for breakfast before you head down. We saw the buffet, and there were many choices. We choose not to eat and just have coffee. There is an elevator, but 6 steps are needed to get to it and 6 steps to get to the room floors. They upgraded our room to a suite. It was nice and included a mini kitchen. there is a bus stop right at the hotel, and you can buy bus passes when you check in. Mini fridge is stocked with items that you can purchase.

A limpeza estava muito boa, funcionários prestativos,e o quarto espaçoso, com cozinha e utensílios. Não achei bom o café da manhã. Com suco artificial, e falta de alguns alimentos
