Overall it was alright, and the room was good. Some of the carpets and decor were a bit tired, and it felt like the place needed some TLC.

The staff was very helpful and friendly . We had breakfast there which was very nice . Didn't like the Coffee and Tea in the Room's . Carpets was stained ,Shelf in Bathroom was very dirty . Hotel needs a mega upgrade , but for the price it was o.k. Bed's where good to sleep in ,could have done with an extra Pillow . Is a very low budget Hotel .

This is a poor hotel - Given a room where the bathroom was in mid construction with panels off and a silicon gun sitting in the bath! Staff wanted to nickel and dime you to death - £20 extra to check in one hour early, £5 to rent a locker to store your bag for an hour when checking in/out (no other options), charges for towel for the pool, the list went on. Receptionist not friendly. Hotel needs some money spent on it - only made up for slightly by the lovely ladies at breakfast.

It’s too long to write. Let’s just say the property is not liveable in a very bad condition. Health and safety issues Should not be allowed to rent out .

Property is bit old need a upgrade also television in rooms are old and smart tv can help to entertain.

The staff are honestly lovely, helpful, hardworking. It makes for a lovely stay really. I asked where to go things to do & a lovely member of staff pointed me in the right direction. Totally child friendly. Perfect for families. Pool is a godsend. So nice to cool off a good bar to relax as well.

Vile place, i have never seen such an appalling carpet! The rooms are extremely dated and poorly maintained. There were several hairs on the toilet and noisy undesirable neighbours. The lady on reception was fine but the security guard seemed more interested in his phone than his job!

This hotel is to be avoided at all costs. The room had a mismatch of carpet, plaint flaking off the walls and skirting on to the carpets, filthy walls. Safety catches on the windows broken not ideal with a young child. Changing rooms for the pool filthy and stink of urine. I report my room concerns to the receptionist, who later identified rides herself as the reception manager, she told me to check out and request a refund from Hotels.com if I didn’t like it. In need of upgrade work to bring to modern day standards, once this has been done then in very good location to beach and town centre..

The Ron hasn’t been updated in 10 years. The place is huge bud in serious need of maintenance.

When we arrived we tried to find a space as we drove round and there was a car parked over 2 spaces I went in to inform the hotel and she said she would send someone out, we parked out the front in the road and when we returned she said they have a big car so there allowed. The staff members attitude was awful. She then changed our room and we were put in the basement in a small chostrphobic room with no proper window. The room was dirty, not enough towels, a cracked mirror and to finish it off with 30 degree heat the heating was on. I informed reception that the room wasn't what I booked she said oh well we're full. The bed was 2 singles pushed together again not what we asked for. The whole experience was awful, we then had someone set the fire alarm off at 6am when we left the building the staff member laughed and said its ok just someone in the shower. The only half decent part was breakfast which was hot and eatable. I wouldn't recommend at all

Downrunned hotel , no fans in the rooms no air conditioning it this heat and the bathroom was so outdated

Awful hotel gave away my family room which I had booked for 1 adult and 2 children. Very disappointing. Hotel was very poor rooms were stale.

My telly didn’t work properly, but reception were super helpful, had a man come and reset it, STILL didn’t work, so they swapped it out for a whole new one. Also, the lights didn’t work. Ultimately, lovely, helpful staff, nothing appeared too much, the bed was comfy, and had a restful nights kip. All you really want from a night in a hotel, really.
