El hotel estaba muy limpio y su personal fue muy amable. La comida muy rica y el café delicioso!!!

Nice place to stay

I stopped in Antigua for 2 days before heading to to Flores. The hotel is very much old Antigua. It’s beautiful and has lush greenery surrounding the buildings. The staff is very attentive and nice. They accommodate as much as possible. We arrived early morning

Very nice place, clean and quiet rooms, friendly staff . Restaurant on site was good if not a bit pricey but that’s expected. The layout of the hotel allows for a good sleep . Staff was very friendly and accommodating , location is great as it’s a few min away from the main streets but close enough for a quick walk .

Las camas son muy duras y en las habitaciones se escucha mucho el ruido de afuera (de los pasillos y amenidades). Por otra parte, es muy limpio y excelente servicio.

I got asked to pay for my breakfast when it was included in the price. Took a while to sort out. Communal areas a bit noisy because of a convention but bedroom peaceful. Great swimming pool - 25 meters long!

Everything was great. However, I think there are just two things that could use some improvement. First, the water temperature in the shower was impossible to control; I nearly scalded myself with the hot water. Second, when I ordered food at the bar in the afternoon (I had the sushi), the dish looked nothing like the photo, and the rice was undercooked—it was quite unappetizing. That said, if I travel to this area again in the future, I would certainly stay here once more. The service was excellent, and the staff members were very friendly.

Good staff but the room needs a proper renovation not only patching: a hole on the bathtub wall was filled with caulking! Patio door frame was not screw properly to the wall, hence the patio door didn’t close. A relatively low issue since we were at a gated hotel. Couple of unwritten ruled unmentioned when booked: fitness center closed every 3rd of the month for maintenance, not allowed to bring exterior food, Easy parking and close to tourism sites

Issues with the hot water, not very service oriented

Too many rules do just an ok Hotel it’s a very old hotel smells very old and the washrooms are old and nasty, bugs in the bathtub when we arrived. I know Antigua is an old town but I had family members that travelled with us and stayed at other properties and they were old as well but modern amenities. No washrooms exhaust fan so if you poop the whole villa stinks, our cleaning lady was on top of her game she was the only person that made us feel good big kudos for her. But the lady that covered her day off left us red stain sheets nasty very nasty, if you use the pool make sure you take the card they give you showing how many people are in the room, because if you don’t you won’t get a towel and the towels are old and they are falling apart. Oh make sure you bring it back because if you don’t they won’t give you the card back. If you go to eat outside of the hotel you can’t bring any food back no exceptions the security guards are all over your bags. Front desk they are not very helpful overall I would never stay at this place ever again.

Very clean room. Staff was also very courteous. Would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Chambre spacieuse avec cheminée et possibilité de faire du feu , coffre, lits parfaits , salle de bain grande mais tuyauterie qui date un peu. Petit-déjeuner bon , dîner inclus dans le tarif de la chambre excellent. Piscine agréable et chauffée ! Hôtel bien situé à 20 mn à pieds du centre. Jardins superbes. Parking sécurisé et gratuit. Accueil sympatique.

Food and amenities are in good. Villas are too noisy because they are next to street and they do not have plenty of hot water ( tap do not work properly) in the shower room.

The amenities were not very clean and the noise was so loud at night from the pool we could not sleep – like all throughout the night. We felt grateful to only be here one night of our trip but would not stay again. Additionally, we called for early check in, arrived and were told to wait another hour. We checked back in and they told us we had to wait another two hours since a shower had broken so that was not ideal.
