Location of the hotel is ideal to explore the hearth of the city

Easy check in, clean rooms. Location was easy to get around from. Lot of high end luxury shops and restaurants in the area.

The location is good. 12 euro breakfast was reasonable. I stayed at room #505 which was quite. Here are the problems: 1. The sink was clogged. I notified the front desk the next morning and was informed that they would fix it. When I return to the room later in the day, it was still clogged. 2. The digits on the safe were worn and non-visible. Therefore inoperable. 3. The toilet was not securely fastened, it rattles.

Very spacious, nice room. Great shower and bathroom. Location perfect for our 2 night stay before we left Portugal. Very walkable, metro right outside front door for travel around Lisbon

Just off of one of the main avenues (Avenida da Libetade) and a longer (for an American) walk to the Chiado and Bairro Alto neighborhoods where there is plenty of food and culture. Easy to get to by bus from the airport and close to a metro station if you don't need to use a ride share application. Comfortable bed and sheets. Helpful and responsive staff. Some of the appliances are on the older side but were clean and fully functional.

Localização incrível. Café da manhã bom, poderia melhorar um pouco. O uso do chuveiro no meu quarto e no vizinho fazia um barulho enorme, acredito que precisava de manutenção. Banheiro muito bom e quarto confortável. O destaque especial fica para os colaboradores, extraordinários.

폼발광장역을 나가서 조금만 이동하면 호텔입니다. 연식이 있지만 잘 관리되어 깨끗하고 쾌적한 방을 저렴한 가격으로 이용할 수 있었습니다.

Excelente localização, serviço e limpeza. Tamanho do quarto perfeito!

Very hotel-y. Felt a bit like i was on a business trip. But definitely a 4-star hotel.

Hotel muito bom, atendentes bem educados, quarto confortável, localização bacana! Não dá para visitar alguns pontos turísticos a pé, mas eu já sabia. Preferi assim pois nos principais bairros turísticos o acesso com bagagem é mais complicado! Indico e voltaria…

A corporate feel to this hotel. Very well located at the top of Avenida de Liberdade boasting luxury shops. A wide, treed avenue, cafes, restaurants.
