Yövyimme kaksi yötä hotellissa, sijainti hyvä palvelut lähellä. Ratikka kulki vierestä. Huoneen äänieristys huono. Käytävän ja yläkerran äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen. Tehokas viilennys, hyvät vuoteet.Aamupala monipuolinen, puuro 10+Ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta.Jääkaappia ei ollut.

Book a suite to be confortable, expecting seating , minimum to cook in . There was just 1 chair, no microwave. sound isolation between rooms was terrible, could hear the next door guest coughing all night or watching TV. no blind to close windows when it's daylight half of the night and you have a street light in front of the window. Also noisy road below.

Huone oli kuuma, ilmastointilaitetta ei saanut päälle vaikka sellainen oli. Suihkutilat saisi olla isommat, vaikka vain suihku ovet ei kaappia. Sängyt oli parasta huoneessa ja mini jääkaappi

Äänet kuuluu joka paikasta todella hyvin. Koiramaksu todella kallis.

Sänky surkea, huoneessa rikkinäisiä pintoja. Wcssä suihkukaappi rikki ja laatat halkeili

Edullinen hotelli, sopii hyvin jos ei tarvitse oheispalveluita. Huoneessa kuluneisuutta, lattia irvisteli useammasta kohtaa, telkkarin kaukosäädin paikattu teipillä. Mutta siistiä ja hiljaista oli nukkua. Aamiainen perusaamiainen, aika sottainen leipä-asema ja ruoat osittain kylmiä mutta hintaansa nähden menettelee.

The hotel is close to the airport and offers free breakfast which was one of the reasons we chose it as we had a long journey ahead. We did not have a good experience. The staff at breakfast wore worn-out t-shirts which did not look clean and helped themselves to the food and ate it on the go. One male staff suddenly shouted at me and my daughter a few times, assuming that we wanted to take sandwiches that were on our table with us just as we started to eat. Then he sat opposite and watched us eating, trying to intimidate us. Needless to say, we will not stay here again and also we want to warn any prospective guests about the unacceptable behavior of some of the staff.

Valitsimme hotellin niin että pääsisimme tarvittaessa kävelemään pois Tallinnan Laululavalta (3,5 km), jos sieltä ei saisi taksia takaisin hotelliin. Normaalisti emme olisi valinneet ko. alueelta hotellia ja varsinkaan siinä kunnossa olevaa, jos ei ole pakko. Valitettavasti huoneemme oli jo melko kulunut ja kaipaisi remonttia, samoin kuin huoneen sisustus oli vanhanaikainen ja osittain hyvin huonokuntoinen. Onneksi kuitenkin vuoteet olivat aika uudet, patjat joustavat ja miellyttävät, kuten myös vuodevaatteet hyvät. Aamiainen oli perus tavallinen, mutta emme odottaneet mitään ihmeitä. Kyllähän kyseisessä hotellissa pari yötä jaksoi olla. Henkilökunnalle (reception) pisteet, olivat ystävällisiä ja respan henkilökunta auttavaista. Kiitos siitä.

- Väldigt positivt intryck av Hestia Susi Hotell. - Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. - Lätt att hitta och parkera, parkeringen var dock inte inhängnad eller bevakad. - Bra frukost. Inget utöver det vanliga, men ok. - Bekväma sängar. - Rummet var lite slitet, men helt ok. - Vet inte hur man ta sig till centrum, men antagligen går spårvagnen på andra sidan vägen dit.

Soweit alles okay, 20 Minuten mit Bus zur Altstadt Tallinn.

Motellimainen, hieman ankea mutta perussiisti. Ei houkuttele uudelleen.

I did enjoy staying at Hestia Hotel Susi, however there were several things that could be improved. On the positive side, the receptionist was very friendly and happy to help! The room was perfectly clean and tidy, also quitte spacious and the temperature was just right. Nice underfloor heating in the bathroom. The location is also very convenient for those who travel by public transport - there is a bus stop right across the road from the hotel. There are only a few things that I thought could be better. 1. The shower cabin didn't drain very well. 2. It was disappointing to find no electric kettle in the room after a long walk in frosty weather. 3. It would be nice to have sockets where you can plug USB cables. I have seen them in many hotels, they are extremely useful. On the whole, it is a nice hotel, and I'll be staying there again.

Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Helppo tulla autolla ja ilmainen pysäköinti. Tilava huone. Monipuolinen aamupala. Positiivinen kokemus.

It was ok for 1 night before the airport. Bed were uncomfortable and someone was know at our door at 9.30, woke us up. They had a wrong door. Walls are paper thin . We could hear the neighbors at 2.30am talk

Oli ihan mukava, siisti ja hiljainen hotelli, hyvä sijainti ja helppo pääsy keskustaan. Suuri ostoskeskus lähellä. Mutta nukkuminen ei sujunut koska sänky oli epämukava. Patjan jousi painoi keskiselkään ikävästi. Huone 418 patja kannattaisi vaihtaa. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvä.

Vastaanottovirkailija oli hyvin ystävällinen, puhui todella hyvin suomea. Huone oli perussiisti, mutta sänky oli todella huono. Ilmalämpöpumppu piti huoneen mukavan viileänä. Ravintolan ruoka ei ollut hintansa arvoinen ja aamupalaksi oli paahtoleipää ja lisukkeet. Ei jäänyt nälkä, mutta ei mikään huippusuoritus.
