Very quiet and comfortable

Disappointed by the Gluten free breakfast provisions, especially considering the £15 charge. For coeliacs, the only safe option was yoghurt & fruit. There was one type of gluten free bread with a dedicated toaster, but the toaster didn’t work properly. The chef could prepare eggs, tinned tomatoes, and mushrooms fresh on request, which was appreciated. Overall the selection was far too limited for guests with medical dietary needs. Gluten free isn’t a lifestyle choice for most of us, coeliac disease is an autoimmune condition, safe options are essential. I expect better from a hotel of this standard.

The service was the best part. As far as Hilton's go I would say this is the most worn one we've been to.

Overall it was a great stay - very convenient as we were working next door at the BDC. The breakfast was excellent, the inside of the room was excellent too. However we did not like the smell of paint nor the look of the corridors getting decorated during our stay. And, we did not appreciate being kept out of the bar area on the Friday night and for breakfast on the Saturday morning because the whole area was reserved for the Arsenal Ladies football team - guests were relegated to the very small executive lounge - should have been the other way around.

Lovely hotel, room a bit cold and quilt was very thin although staff provided another. Breakfast great and good location.

Great selection of bars and restaurants in the area and 5 min walk from Angel tube station.

I was very impressed with the room. Large for a London room and I think I chose just regular room - no suite etc. Room has everything and lots of thoughtful details such as lighting, plugs etc

Everything, lovely hotel in a great location

Broken phone, fridge and bathroom extractor fan. So they moved us, but we only were allowed 20 minutes to repack, move and hand the key back. Then the new room had a broken window you couldn't open and the opbathroom extractor fan didn't work either. Pretty poor for what we paid

Good clean hotel and room and staff very helpful. However, onlu one sachet of coffee in the room and the noce bottle of Champagne was actually Proseco, a nice touch but a bit disapointing.

I called reception twice to ask for water and slippers as I didn’t have any in my room. Called again and no one ever answered. I went down in person twice and was told both times they’d bring it up to my room and over 2 hours later, I still haven’t received them. A negative answer would have been better than a positive one that was never fulfilled.

I wanted to check in at Tuesday the 3th at 16:00, to which I was met with the answer that my room wasn't available until 18:45, and all other rooms were booked. This was something they did not call or message me about. I asked why, which they couldn't tell me, but I knew it was because the Arsenal first team was staying there. I couldn't even wait in their bar, as that was gated off because of, I guess, more important guests. When I spoke to the manager, his eyes basically rolled to the top of his head, and all he did was hand me a voucher for 2 drinks... I have never been to a hotel where I was told to take a hike for 2,5 hours, just because of their shoddy planning, and was met with so little understanding when I told them why I would like access to my room that I had already paid for. Never visiting here again.
