The staff is very friendly, and it is conveniently located.

Bathroom floor soaked after showers, lift was not easy, quad room pictures were vastly larger than our room. Staff was friendly, room had great air conditioning. Beds were ok. Location of hotel is excellent! Right outside expensive shopping and gondola ride.

When my wife and I checked, we were greeted by Maximilian at the front desk. He was polite, knowledgeable & helpful.

Great location for shopping and dining. Authentic Italian charm.

Front Desk person initially took us to the wrong room. I had paid for a four person, but only two people were able to come. He helped us with our bags, and took us to a room in an entirely different building, which only had 1 bed, which is not what I paid for on Expedia. Once I showed him a screenshot of the room we’re supposed to be getting, we went back to the front desk and to the right room, which was as pictured on Expedia. It looked very nice and has a refrigerator and water kettle in the room. The bathroom was nice, and the shower felt great. Good pressure! After the first night, my daughter had bites on her arm. I also had multiple bites on my leg, back and wrist. I didn’t see anything in the beds, but it’s possible there were bed bugs. I don’t think I got i bitten in these areas while outside because I wore long sleeves, long pants and socks when we were out and about.Unfortunately the staff didn’t speak English that well so I couldn’t really explain that to them while I was there.

The property is quite old and it looks like it. However, the room was relatively clean and the location is absolutely perfect to visit everything in Venice

Close to shopping and restaurants. A bit difficult to find. Signage was difficult to locate. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the city.

Overall, our stay was great. It didn't receive full stars on everything because of a few issues. The shower was a huge challenge. The head not only leaked everywhere, but it was so small that the water sprayed all over the bathroom. We had a complete soak bathroom every time someone used it. The twin beds had the thinnest mattresses I've ever seen. My kids slept okay because they were exhausted, but they were barely passable as matresses. Other than those two issues, our stay was great. They allowed us to check in early, were helpful at the front desk, and the hotel was nice and quiet.

Saimme ihanan huoneen pienestä hotellista. Huoneesta oli parveke suoraan pienelle kadulle ja oli kiva seurata ihmisvilinää ja nauttia lasilliset kuohuvaa. Hotelli on vaikea löytää (pieni ovi kulmassa ja nimi kadussa), joten kannattaa ottaa osoite tarkasti talteen.

Ok Meget uvenlig morgenmads dame, søndag den 05.05.2024. For lidt plads i morgenmads området, ikke til at vide hvad man kan få????? Venter lang tid på en ekstra kop kaffe 😕

Los cuartos muy bonitos venecianos, nos dejaron dejar el equipaje antes y cuando regresamos ya habían subido nuestras maletas, excelente servicio, el desayuno rico y suficiente, toallas calientitas siempre y todo muy limpio y funcional definitivamente volvería a ir 👌

We had a nice stay here, the property was well maintained. Only downside was the aircon broke down on the last night and was very hot on the top floor.

The property was fine. The Beds were very hard & uncomfortable.
