Accessible location.

Kleines, aber feines Hotel im charmanten Vintage-Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption mit tollen Tipps. Die zentrale Lage – nah am Hauptbahnhof – ist ideal für Unternehmungen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Personnel tres aimable, chambre bien decore mais petite, propre. Hotel bien situe a cote de la gare de train de nice et a une vingtaine de minutes a pied de la plage.

Overall, the hotel is much closer to a 2 star hotel than 4. The pictures are extremely flattering and don't provide a real sense of how small the bedroom and dining area is. I could forgive a small space if it was used efficiently but the furniture, shower and even the doors are in desperate need of replacing. My advice would be to only use this hotel if you're a solo traveller staying for one night and the price is comparable to those 2-3 stars nearby. For reference, we paid c£95 per night and felt short changed.

Manque de confort du lit.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé à 5 min à pied de la gare et tout se fait à pied pour tous les centres d’intérêt de Nice. La chambre est spacieuse, la literie est très agréable. Le seul point négatif est l’insonorisation. On entend tout …les portes qui claquent, les conversations dans les autres chambres, les gens qui marchent. C’est bruyant. Difficile de se reposer convenablement dans ces conditions. Le personnel en revanche est agréable et professionnel.

Chambre mal isolé Bruit des voisins

God oplevelse generelt.. Morgenmads restauranten og lobbyen var ret dårligt indrettet og dermed rigtig dårlig plads til at spise morgenmad.. Møblerne var totalt oversized og umulige at sidde og spise i.. Ingen bar på stedet... så lobby område mega kedeligt og jeg synes det gør at jeg vil vælge et andet sted næste gang

The staff were super friendly & helpful but our superior room with balcony - not one you could stand or sit on - was pretty small with 3 coat hangers and a shelf each. The hotel was a good 20 minute walk from the Promenade des anglais, and therefore the restaurants etc

Room is quite small, and it’s no space for parking, even just for unloading luggage.

We were happy enough with the hotel room but unfortunately the bathroom was not very clean at all. The shower head was visibly dirty and mouldy (?) and the shower itself was also not clean around the edges. We asked to be moved to another room and we were upgraded to a room in the ground floor. That was a little better but the shower drain was still not that clean which was disappointing. Would definitely recommend redoing the bathrooms!
