Everything great, nice room, nice staff, nice breakfast. Just getting there was a bit complicated as both of our sat navs didn't seem to know that Hasselt is full of one way streets. But of course this is not the hotel's fault.

This hotel was a great find—clean, comfortable, and well-priced. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with local recommendations, which made exploring the area much easier. The room was spotless and quiet, making for a restful stay. The free breakfast was a nice surprise: fresh, simple, and satisfying to start the day. Overall, excellent value for the price. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-maintained hotel with genuine hospitality and local knowledge.

Een goed prijs-kwaliteit hotel. Alleen de eerste ochtend was het een grote chaos bij het ontbijt omdat het heel druk was en de koffiemachines constant stuk waren. Het personeel deed hun best om alles in orde te maken, maar erg rustig eten was het niet.

Het onthaal was super . De dame aan het onthaal heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam . Ontbijt prima in orde .

De kamer was goed kwa prijs en kwaliteit, het ontbijt was redelijk niet heel uitgebreid en als het op was duurde het even voor er weer wat nieuws stond. Parkeren kan verderop (5 minuten) lopen voor €10,- per 24 uur dus dat is goed te doen.

Prima verblijf plek in Hasselt

Sehr gutes Hotel; sauberes Zimmer; schnelles Internet; deutsche Fernsehprogramme; gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück (im Preis enthalten); negativ ist nur die eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel; Parkplatz für 10,00 € in Tiefgarage ca. 500 m entfernt im Einkaufzentrum

Safe, clean and standard hotel used for a stopping point over night on a road trip. Staff nice and helpful. Basic breakfast included.

Gordijnen hingen gescheurd en konden niet gesloten worden. Zeer oud en onfrisse kamer. Geen prijs/kwaliteit

Everybody was super polite and gentle. It was only two days but I felt really comfortable and safe.

Hotel ligt in heel mooi plek met loop afstand van winkelcentrum en leuke restaurants. Klantenservice is vriendelijk en prima faciliteiten. Ontbijt is prima.

Would’ve been nice with a small fridge in the rooms and to clear up the parking situations especially for us non-Belgians since the signs aren’t that clear. Otherwise nice location good service!

Super hotel voor nette prijs

Very comfortable bed. Excellent staff. Nutella on pump at breakfast! Not much dairy free choice at breakfast.
