Hotel was super old definitely not 4 star hotel

Tout s'est bien passé à part l'accueil par la réceptionniste la dame, soit elle doit être mieux formée et un peu plus flexible, c'est un hôtel touristique avec des clients pas une prison !

Room very small for 4ppl. Tired. However was in. Good location, so didn't really bother us too much.

ホテル前に車を停めるスペースがなく、駐車場の入り口は分かりづらい。最初はホテルの方が同乗して案内してくれたが、2度とその入り口には行けなかった。地下駐車場への入り口は他にもあり、そこから入っていたが、人はホテル前から駐車場へはアクセスできる。また、電気自動車だったため、充電できるエリアに停めたいとフロントにお願いしたが、出来ないと断られた。 部屋は十分広く、落ち着いた部屋で清掃も満点だった。 ただ、USBが利用できないのが残念だった。

The property location was great, walking distance to most of the main sites. The room itself was pretty large as we stayed in the triple room. However, the bathroom was dated, the shower door was off the hinges and very flimsy, the drain was clogged and would cause the water from the shower to leak on to the main bathroom floor and the drain would not catch it. Overall, the hotel would need some renovations IMO.

WiFi was terrible, no hot water until 20 Mins of waiting. Too dated and needs some serious fix inside. Location is perfect

Hotel not far from Plaza Catalunya, in a convenient position for both business and tourism, the street is quiet and you sleep well at night. Small room, TV located on the side of the bed and practically impossible to see, window that has a very ugly internal courtyard (see photo)

Beds are from the 50s, internet it horrible, why even bother offering that. Asked for bath towels at 10:00pm ( we were short one) we were told it is late and no one is available to bring us one. We offered to get done to it, still no one to get us a towel. I can go on and on.. we had to buy our own shampoo, hand soap and sugar for coffee… this place in no good, paid $311 per night, never again
