A really convenient, well maintained, clean, and value for money hotel that had the add bonus of access to a stunning beach complex and warm Adriatic Sea.

We enjoyed the daily breakfast and The view from the terrace watching the sunset each evening was amazing

Stayed here with my elderly parents who were treated with understanding and kindness. It is very convenient for transport and a quieter place to come back to when visiting Venice.

This is a friendly hotel in a great location. Perfect for visiting Venice without getting caught up in the extreme tourist areas. Our room was small and basic, but comfortable enough, and the breakfasts kept us going for the best part of some very active days. You really are paying for the location. It's a short walk to the beach and a nice long one down the island if you're so inclined. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but be aware that some are far better than others. Get up early and take the number 1 Vaporetto for a great tour across to Venice and down the Grand Canal. If you're lucky you'll get the outdoor seats.

Hallo, unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war einfach wunderbar! Der Service war erstklassig und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Umgebung hat uns begeistert – die Lage ist ideal. Besonders praktisch: In nur 20 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Wasserbus das traumhafte Venedig. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Property was very nice. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Room was a good location and not bad for the size of it. Shower was tiny, tv didn’t work and it was super hot in the room. Those would be the only downfalls. The thermostat didn’t seem to work so we couldn’t cool it off at all.

It was a very comfortable stay, good breakfast in the morning!

The hotel is in very easy reach of the boat station with a ferry from the airport. Public water taxis are very reliable and regular to Venice island. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and very friendly. A special mention to Matilda a receptionist who helped us with information. Staff were all very friendly. Great place to stay for a long weekend.

Absolutely amazing stay! Staff on reception were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Perfect location opposite the water station. Roof terrace had a stunning view and as a solo traveller I would highly recommend staying here. Only negatives are that there wasn't many plug sockets and only English channel on the tv was bbc news, but who needs a tv when in Venice anyway!
