The hotel was easy to find, being right on the main road through Andorra La Vella. The only problem we had was with the parking. There is a small parking area by the front door (only realistically approached coming downhill) for brief use while checking in. Unfortunately someone decided to spend 20 mins in reception causing a backlog onto the main road for several cars. The parking costs €17 per night, which is ok given that parking is at a premium. Once you enter the underground car park things get a bit testing. It was obviously created when cars were much smaller and there is very little room for manoeuvre in what feels like a cave. The room was spacious & clean, perfectly adequate for our one night stay. The hotel clearly caters for many coach parties. The dinner & breakfast are buffet style and a queue forms quickly at ‘opening time’. There is a bit of a scrum for seats & food so it may be best to be first in line or go half an hour later! Overall, the hotel was good but our stay was rather spoiled by anxiety about the parking as we saw a few fresh dents on other cars. On reflection, we would have preferred another hotel further up the hill in another village, with less traffic & open parking.

Everything was as expected. One caution: if you have a vehicle any larger than a small crossover, the on-site parking will not work for you. Other than that, great value, location and breakfast buffet.

Perfect location. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. The place used by lots of groups. Reception area very noisy. At breakfast they run out of items all the time. Parking is problematic if you got a larger car or full size SUV I had a free rental upgrade. It’s very difficult to park, even the turns going down the floors need to reverse and back to take the turn. 6th floor not recommended as you hear the aico units below the windows on 5th floor. I was end of hallway next to housekeeping room. That got very noisy in the morning and wall vibrated with whatever they did regularly. The first day I checked pool, dry sauna and hot tub. Looked great. Next day I wanted to enjoy pool, as I got pool towels at reception they mention I might wait a little as a large group of kids. When I went later, unfortunate the pool water was murky that I didn’t want to go into it and only made use of dry sauna. I would probably stay another place next time.

The hotel areas are clean and modern. Our room was very run down, almost stuck in the 90s era with the decor. I try to pull out my charger from the socket and the whole socket came out the wall. Breakfast was lovely, staff really helpful. Great location I would just recommend updating the rooms.

Hotelli on hyvällä sijainnilla. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Uima-allas oli kiva lisä kuumana päivänä.

160 chambres seulement 60 places de parking ! J’étais blessée à la cheville. J’ai dû me garer en ville et marcher 10 minutes. Tarif : 25€ ! La piscine est toute petite ! Si tout le monde y va en même temps on ne rentre même pas dans la salle. De plus y’avait une bande irrespectueuse qui arrosait tout le monde. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre. Le wifi fonctionne mal. La vue de la chambre pourtant panorama est horrible j’ai été placée face à la route ! Super le panorama Les photos de la piscine sont trompeuses. Il s’agit du Valdez pas celle de l’hôtel. Je n’a pas passé un bon séjour et je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Chambre propre, besoin un bon rafraîchissement. Petit Déjeuner bien, repas du soir pas très bien plus de pain à 20h30 que du pain de mie , produits bas de gamme. Piscine non testée sur le papier de la chambre il était écrit prêt de peignoir, en fait non ? Plus de place de parking. Bref je n y retournerais pas et ne le conseillerais pas.

The hotel has a great location, just a 1 minute walk from the town center and main street and offers a very pleasant view. The leisure area also does its job. However, for a 4 star hotel, there are several points that need attention: The room feels a bit outdated and could use a renovation. In the bathroom, we noticed the absence of shampoo and conditioner, which are basic amenities expected at this category. The parking is paid, but highly disappointing. The spaces are extremely tight, with just a few centimeters of clearance from the pillars. The access ramp is spiral shaped, leaving drivers completely blind to oncoming vehicles. There is no staff coordinating the flow of cars in and out, and no signage indicating whether a car is coming down the ramp. On top of that, the parking organization is poor: small cars were occupying large spaces, while the smaller spots sat empty because larger cars couldn't fit. Another disappointing point: there are no bathrobes in the rooms. When heading to the rooftop pool, we were surprised to be charged $5 for a bathrobe, something completely unacceptable at a 4 star hotel. Bottom line: the location and the view save the experience, but the facilities and services need to improve to match the advertised category.

Hotel muito bonito, comida maravilhosa, porém ao empurrar a cama vimos que o chão estava sujo, mas a funcionária rapidamente limpou e se desculpou!

O hotel é ótimo, com café da manhã completo. Vale a pena comprar o almoço por 20 euros é excelente. Os recepcionistas não são atenciosos, não fazem questão em te entender. A localização é de facil acesso.

Petit déjeuner « buffet » très varié et copieux. La zone Spa/piscine/sauna est facilement accessible, très bien entretenue et très appréciable après une journée de balade.Le personnel est disponible et à l’écoute.

Cuando llegamos en la habitación nos encontramos debajo la cama: una cuchara de café, un coletero y un calcetín. La comida tanto del buffet como de la cena, muy escasa. Las bandejas vacías, repostaban solo si pedías y tardaban bastante y en cada saque de comida era una distinta, es decir cuando se acabava la bandeja de pescado por ejemplo, seguido al pedir te sacaban albondigas, porque pescado no tenían más, y así en cada comida. Igualmente la variedad era mínima. Las camareras bastante antipáticas, los chicos de entrada al restaurante muy simpáticos y agrades y las chicas de recepción un 10. Parquing es de pago por día y extremadamente pequeño. No recomendable ir en coche grande.

Perfect location. However, parking is not enough for number of rooms and regretfully, rooms looks old and they don't even have something as basic as a coffee brewer.
