The staff made extraordinary efforts to ensure that every aspect of our time there was outstanding including, when necessary, coordinating with outside vendors.

The location in Lucca is excellent. Lucca is walkable anyway but to have this so close to both the train station and the city center was fantastic ! What stood out to me though was the staff. So friendly, so helpful - and the service was effortless . . like they do it for all the right reasons. Will stay here again when in town

Struttura molto confortevole, l’hotel è stato ristrutturato quindi tutto è nuovo, belle le camere e i colori scelti, personale cordiale e attento Sala colazioni in terrazza coperta veramente bella, la struttura è attaccata al centro storico di Lucca appena fuori dalla zona ZTL quindi si raggiunge in macchina, disponibile il parcheggio dell’hotel con prenotazione se no si trovano parcheggi fuori tutto a pagamento e più cari dell’hotel

Hotel Ilaria is a lovely hotel in the cute town of Lucca. It is quiet, clean and comfortable with a perfect location for exploring the town. Breakfast was delicious with lots of healthy options in addition to typical Italian pastries. The evening complimentary happy hour was wonderful. I met some lovely fellow travelers and had a great time. The best part of the hotel is the staff. The young man at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming. He helped me purchase tickets to an evening of opera as part of the Puccini festival. It was wonderful. This one staff member (apologies that I didn’t write down his name) made my stay extra special with his kindness. And he looked great in the green hotel uniform suit (as did the young woman too). Thank you for making me feel that hotel Ilaria in Lucca was my home away from home.

O Hotel nos proporcionou ótima estadia . Ótimo café da manhã e estava disponível um lanche no período da tarde até a noite. A única coisa que o Hotel deveria disponibilizar uma Van para levar e buscar clientes na estação ferroviária.

El hotel está bien, un poco caro calidad/precio teniendo en cuenta de que nos pusieron en una habitación de un edificio que tienen delante del propio hotel…y nosotros no pagamos para estar en otro sitio…el parquing son 20€ al día y les tienes que dar las llaves y te van moviendo el coche todo el rato. La ubicación es muy buena!!

This hotel was wonderful! Exceeded all expectations! The staff were extremely lovely and helpful. Hotel amenities were awesome. We stayed in a suite in one of the towers, the room was clean, spacious, very comfortable. Amazing shower and high quality bedding. The free snacks/drinks in the cafeteria was an unexpected bonus and the breakfast was incredible! They also had bicycles we borrowed to explore the town and bike around the town walls. From start to finish this was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel!

Best hotel so far .. if you come to Lucca definitely this hotel is the one. Good location, good customer service, beautiful room

Superbe accueil, personnel gentil et souriant, un vrai plaisir. Très belle hôtel, belle décoration et excellente situation en pleine ville. Petit déjeuner varié et très copieux. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Excellent rapport qualité prix, au top !

The curtains were very thin thus not blocking out any outside lights.

The room is wonderful. It was a first experience to stay a room with loft. But there are some inconvenient things at the room. First; there were no slippers for us. Recently there are almost hotels in Europe supply room slipper. Second; there are unkindness explanation for open the building door and room door. The room explain how to open the entrance and room door.But his action is very quickly,then I couldn’t do that、For first visitor who visit your hotel first time. It is very important to explained how to open the door. Because the first time customer can’t receive the quick explanation for that.

It was very nice to stay. I enjoyed my staying very much. Hotel staffs are kind and perfect.
