The water

The bathroom wasn't clean the housekeeper dont speak english. The bed was not queen size they was full and the bed fram was to big. Under the bed was so nasty.The ice box was nasty. A lot of homeless people wondering around. The wrost part on sat the water was cut off we went to all day without water.

They didnt had no water until next day.

The water has been out the whole time super frustrating

We loved having our room right next to the pool but we couldn't enjoy the pool as much as we wanted to because of to many children jumping in and screaming? No chairs to sit in

OK to stay for a night to sleep if you are a single grown man. Not a safe place to take a family & children.

Nothing was nice here. The room was dirty, moldy, dirty underwear in room broke fixtures. Pool had no place to sit 17 broke chairs hot tub had no hand rail at all couldn’t get in or out couldn’t use amenities breakfast was a joke mini muffin extra small coffee would not stay here ever again.

The hotel is quite busy and it’s decent for the price. Front desk staff friendly and attentive. Very close to places to eat and shop, in addition to across the street from the beach. Caught up on much needed rest. I would stay here again.

Great location and staff

Bathroom was very dirty. Housekeeping only brought 1 towel to room for a 3 day stay. Plus they required a deposit that was not mentioned on Expedia.

Room wasn’t ready 2 hours after my check in time, and checked in online the day before. Bathroom was dirty rest of room was clean. No amenities bring everything you need! Location is prime but the hotel could use a complete overhaul.

They charged me for 2 nights and I only stayed for one. I chose the “Pay at the Property” and gave cash. They STILL charged my account on top of taking my cash. There was a condom wrapper on the floor and holes in the walls. The floor was gritty and homeless people walking around. A couple of roaches made their appearance later on into the night. I literally wanted to cry at the condition the room was. No one should pay for that.

Great visit nice hotel quite and they even has washer and dryer u can use definitely would stay again

Had the place to ourselves due to bad weather, good value for the price.

Lobby was very nice, however room looked like it still needed to be completed from improvements. Walls in bathroom not finished along baseboards. Also had water bug on ceiling. Alos, Got the outside room requested, by had requested disability room which we did not get.

This property did not have a continetal breakfast, they offer coffee and muffin. The bathroom outlet did not work, the shower was moldy and the fixtures had holes around them. Very loud and did not feel safe.

Decent. Can walk to beach and Treasure Bay. Probably best off season, looks like they have a party area at the pool with speakers. Make sure to ask about additional hold on credit card, was not advised.

The nastiest hotel I’ve ever been to.
