Well i had a problem that they didnt have customer privacy. I thought they weren't allowed to let people know that you were staying there. To me this is a big issue for me. Ive never had that problem anywhere else i stayed.

First of all the pictures on the website was very misleading. I was not satisfied with this hotel. The smell was terrible as I entered the lobby. The service was even worse. The smell of cigarettes smoke and marijuana was all over. Bugs everywhere in the hallway. There were people sitting outside as if they lived there. I have never experienced this with an hotel backed by Wyndham before.

We arrived late and the desk person was great! However when we got to our room and looked in the bathroom we almost called down to complain. The tub was of a style not even made any more and at first glance looked filthy ... was actually almost rusty because it was so worn. The drain plug wasn't even there. The shower rod holding the curtain was loose and nearly falling down. Other than that the room was clean, the beds comfortable. At least there was hot water.

There was hair on the bathroom floor. A quarter of a roll of toilet paper and no extra roll in the room. The carpet was sticky in places and it smelled of incense.

The property is undergoing improvements, but little is finished. Sliding doors dont latch/lock, many curtains are torn and dont fit right. Exterior has poor appearance. Interior halls are nice, room had some upgrades in bathrooms and lighting, but carpet is very dark blue and gives the feeling its dirty. Are condtioning works but you wonder if its ever been cleaned. Staff was excellent and very helpful when room was to be determined to be insufficent. Great staff, questionable building. feeling. Air cond its dirty

tv did not work, lamp next to bed did not work (it came on intermittently depending on how I positioned it) NO GRAB BARS in shower (I did not shower while there as a result) it was HORRIBLE

The female who checked me in at the start was very pleasant, as was the man who checked me out after my stay. This is where anything close to praise ends. The room's musty, mildew-enriched odor was a precursor to the nasty, clogged drain equipped bathtub and filthy soap dish (built-in), the tile floor as you walked into the room sounded and felt like it was mopped with cola, the TV remote was an exercise in complicated, the patio was equally unkept and had a smear of bird-droppings on one of the glass doors, the rear parking lot was only half-repaved, so you had to negotiate your car around the potholes, and security consisted of a lone guard, sitting at the front entrance on a stool, which invited guests to congregate in the back with car stereos blasting and loud, rowdy conversation all through the night; even trickling indoors as these guests came in and then back outside. In short, this is the most ghetto Wyndham (Travelodge) hotel that I've ever stayed in, and it doesn't lend much credibility to Wyndham's reputation. An all-around embarrassing and ridiculously sub-standard location that I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Stay far away from this dump!

Worst experience ever! Room smelled of cat or dog. Had to literally spray everything down in fear of bugs. We had total of 3 rooms. Only 1 shower was partially acceptable. Front desk staff were very rude. Security was nice & other staff were polite also. But front desk staff needs to reevaluate working their own establishment. We will never stay here again.

When i checked in and went to the room, door didnt lock, i told the guy at the lobby and he stated that it was going to get fixed, when i came back it was not fixed, the smell on the rooms is nasty

The first room they gave me smelled like pee really bad. The second room was dirty. The pull out choice was stained and dirty. Phone didn’t work, one light near the bed didn’t work. I had to leave early to get another hotel. Thank God Expedia refunded me a day because I was pregnant?

Ee didnt stay because the property eas so run down and scary

If you’re booking sells out (king bed) they will downgrade you to a queen bed without any refund.

They are definitely 420 friendly, you could smell it through out the hole place.

We arrived pretty late, our tv didn’t work , but a security guard fixed it

Unsafe conditions, patio did not lock. Trash all over the place. Tub had tape on it. We did not end up staying as we didn't feel safe.

Very clean and stuff was great. Facility is not updated. Window was fragile constructions.
