Very nice staff. Would stay here again.

Walked in and smelled like mold, pool was closed even though it’s not stated online. Elevator broken so it would take you up to the 3rd floor but the elevator buttons were completely gone on the 3rd floor so you had to take the stairs to get down, spider in my bed when I went to get in elevator inspection is also out of date.

the property was not up to the company standards.

Needed an ADA room. Beautiful, clean, appealing ... However no blow dryer, toilet wayyyyyyy to low for ADA, should be a 17-19" high, no shower handbars, no anti- slip on tub floor. Dangerous to easily slip. One member of our party fell in the tub due to it being so slippery. Room was humid unless you leave the A/C in the 60's. Clothes & bedding felt damp. Coffee you can hang a stick with it. Way too strong. Sorry but service was decent location was great but hotel rating sucked. No clock, TV has limited channels that you have to guess what they are. No tv guide to help. Room was so humid couldn't wait to leave.

The floor in the room was damp and made our feet black. The a/c didn't cool the room down. We were miserable but so tired after traveling all day we stuck it out, this wasn't a good experience at all.

On the first full day of our stay, our beds and room was cleaned. On the second day, I left a tip for the housekeeper. When we returned from our outing, we discovered that our room had not een serviced. Also, we had to request additional towels. There were three of us staying in the room and we only received towels for two guest. However the over all stay was good. I recommend that when reservations are made for three or more persons for a room, that housekeep leave towels for the number of guest staying in the room.

Very nice and clean hotel.

The property was okay. Lots of standing around in the parking lot. The room was fine however the guests in room next to us played loud music that vibrated the walls. Called down at 10 and asked to turn down which they did. They started it back up at midnight. Called again after about 20 min. Then at 2:15 fired it back up again. Waited 30 min and called again. Was told they had same right as me because they paid for their room also but they would ask them to turn it down. Will not stay again.

The hotel itself seemed new but it’s not. It used to be a Best Western and it’s been refurbished. Prior to staying I read the reviews about the noise from the highway and figured people were being picky. Well, they were not! I’m not sure why the noise was so loud and profound but it was. It made sleeping a challenge. The staff were so nice that I’m sure if I’d asked for a room that was further away from the hotel they would have gladly accommodated me. I didn’t bother since I was only there shortly. The ironing board was horribly rusted and we had a very hard time putting it down after using it. The television remote had a mind of its own because all it took was a slight bump and it turned the tv completely off. If we picked it up to change the channel it would shut off the minute we touched it. Weird. Outside of these issues we appreciated the hotel cleanliness and although I didn’t indulge they do provide fresh baked cookies at no charge.

Clean and comfortable. And their mini fridge has a mini freezer.... for those of us who travel with a cooler for refrigerated medication being able to refreeze the ice packs is essential! Will stay here next time we visit.

Pool was out of order the elevator didn’t work the tv cuts off when you use microwave over rated and not worth the money paid

It’s a nice area, the hotel is a little old and needs to be updated. I’ve been staying here for a month switching rooms. Some had broken toilets, sinks. Some rooms smelled and were humid and had bugs. Service at the front desk was good. Cleaning service was loud and noisy slamming doors.

Decent hotel but shady people outside smoking weed with kids present. Elevator smelt like a skunk.

Great sport for the price. If you're disabled have bad knees be aware that if you're placed on the third floor, the elevator doesn't work up there unless you call the front desk. Other than that everything is very good for the price.

Always a great place to stay in my opinion. Convenience, Comfortable, and the staff is always nice. Breakfast every morning is a excellent bonus. When we come in town this has always been our first choice. The new ownership definitely added some updates and another reason to keep coming back.

The hotel stay was all that I wanted it to be nice, friendly staff the food was great they had a snack room to buy snacks and condiments. My room was nice and clean the room service was great I like the lemon and cucumber water that was available also you could have coffee anytime of the night.cracker barrel was right across from the hotel it was walking distance.Thanks Garner for the nice stay it was all I wanted it to be..

Issue with water pressure in bathroom sink was horrid. We stayed two nights I expected the beds to be made for the second night but they were not.
