Would have liked a mini fridge in the rooms.

If you enjoy the smell of cigarettes, this place is just for you. As soon as you open the door of your room, you’ll be smacked in the face with a fresh smell of burnt nicotine cancer sticks and when you confront the front desk about it, they will come to your room after taking a smoke break themselves to see if it indeed smells of smoke. You will be told to email the manager, whom will not reply to you and you’ll be stuck paying for a room that gives you a headache for the weekend.

The coffee was cold, the waffle machine not working,just 6 bagel ...

Older hotel that could use some refreshing. Pool was decent size as well as hot tub. Limited breakfast options that didn't meet standard expectations compared to other similiar hotels. Room was well sized, beds standard size and comfortability. Location convenient to IKEA and Mall of America.

Was ok but no shuttle to airport and didn't seem to care

My hotel is very clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. And the amenities here are lovely. There is both a gym and pool and laundry rooms for guest.

Clean and fairly new. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was very basic

AC didn't work. Room was musty and warm. So humid that the carpet in the room was moist. Smelled like urine. Breakfast included only bagels or toast.

Bed Bath as nice and room was comfortable. The bathroom had a lot issues- burnt out light bulbs so lighting was bad. Shower hard kept sliding down so didn’t spray on you just the wall, water leaks outside of shower all over floor, no shelves in shower so no where to put soap, hair shampoo and other shower accessories (had to put it on the floor. Breakfast not all that great.

I book rooms based on what my 4 year old likes. He likes hot tubs and hotel breakfasts. This property did not allow children under 6 into the hot tub. That should be stated on the website.

No only do they not have an updated website per their lack of airport transportation, the pool was dirty as were the rooms. The basin of the tub was so worn down the raw metal could be seen and the room itself smelled musty. The front desk staff was less than helpful upon check in. While they were willing to call a taxi (the alternate to the airport transportation that used to be provided), they were not willing to amend or cancel the service when asked. They did not provide any information about the surrounding area for questions about food and seemed generally put upon when any questions were asked.

Nice Hotel! Would’ve been better if it had a mini fridge in the room. Staff were very nice and accommodating to checking in early! Pool was very well maintained! Rooms were clean!

Great service everything worked and staff is very friendly and a great value.

The location was an easy drive into downtown Minneapolis and really close to Mall of America. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The breakfast options were not great, the only warm food was a waffle but other than that the stay was nice.

Is hotel was good. The staff were quick and efficient
