Yes it was we cooked our supper in our room. Great place Great staff that makes sure everything is perfect for there guests. Highly recommend!!!

Standing shower is very small ,

Diesel trucks parked outside my room left running. Fumes filled our room. Work us up before 6:00am. Left feeling nauseous and unrested all day. Pool was a mess, with literal garbage strewn about, and not ready for the posted 9:00am opening. Not a good experience at all.

They need to bump up there toiletries!

Staff was great, the little massage spa they have is awesome! Lots of parking. So many sports teams staying we decided not to use the pool but that’s par for the course. We would defn stay again.

The location is great, just 3 blocks away from West Edmonton Mall. The hotel has an indoor pool with a jacuzzi and a large gym, which we really enjoyed. The receptionist was very friendly. There is also a Denny’s next door where we went for breakfast, which was very convenient. If you’d like, I can also make it shorter, more detailed, or more formal.

I have stayed at Sandman Hotels all over western Canada and although they can be a bit hit and miss, this was a big miss. Firstly I was in the tower not connected to the lobby building, and the directions to get there were ridiculously inadequate. Secondly the room just wasn't that clean. The bed was fine, shower and rest of the bathroom looked like it had been wiped down with a damp cloth. The rest of the room felt like it needed a deep clean as well. Disappointing for sure. Chop restaurant was good, but that was the only upside.

The room we booked was smaller than we expected and it was super noisy as we had a balcony overlooking the pool. Kids running and yelling in the hallways. The hotel is a MAZE!!!! We got turned around everytime we left and came back.

The office desk was directly in front of the TV, so if someone is sitting at the desk they were blocking the view for others. Also vehicle plug ins were not marked snd hard to find.

Clean room

No hot tub. I was told it was going to be working by 5. The only reason i booked the hotel was to sit in the hot tub.

Staff was great, worst sleep ive had in a hotel. Poor beds and terrible pillows. I always stay at sandmand signature and its its worlds apart from this.

Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The room had a sliding door that led to the pool area. Only negative was that there wasn’t really anywhere to hang wet bathing suits, so they dripped on the carpet all night. Pool area was also kinda noisy, which led to the room being noisy. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.
