Love the location in the downtown

Some sports teams in hotel, but noise in hallways was settled down by 11pm. No issue really.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are great. The pool wasn’t working and the television didn’t work.

There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel. Really appreciate the manager switching my room to a different room that faced did not face the street as the construction and heavy vehicles passing down the street as early as 5:30 am was very disrupted

We needed a stay like this after the experience we had at our last stay in Shediac NB, but thats another review. Four Points always goes above and beyond with service and if somethings not right, they make it right. Staff are super friendly and very accomodating. Rooms are clean. Walkable to anything you're looking for, museums, markets, boardwalk, restaurants etc. This is our fourth stay and we'll definitely be back.

It was clear they are under much needed renovations. The pool was empty and the lack of food onsite was disappointing. However, there were many options outside the hotel within walking distance. The young lady that processed my check-in & out was a real pleasure. You can tell she takes pride in her work and her customer service skills are supreme! The gentleman on the late shift Friday, not so much. The one on Sunday was great! The room was spacious and clean but could use a refresh. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was decent, clean and had a deep tub. The amenities did have more of a masculine smell, even the hand soap, which I found unpleasant.

Centrally located, perfect walking distances to waterfront and restaurants.

Hotel was under construction and we were not informed when booking. Pool was closed and people working till at least 830 pm

Did not like the parking area very small spaces . And not clear on exit or that needed a ticket to level . Nice friendly staff thou

Hotel was under construction which was not shared with me or I would’ve picked a different hotel. Very noisy starting at 5 am with heavy commercial vehicles drive to Hollis Street to the port. Loud construction also across the street for a new building. Could not sleep past 5am.

It was good but some floors were under construction.

I've stayed at the at Four Points by Sheraton Halifax many times before, and was always the hightlight of my vacation. This time, not so much. In the past, the hotel beds were THE most comfortable I have ever slept on - and the reason I say at this location when I visit Halifax. This time, they were brutal. Very hard and uncomfortable. They seemed very cheap. Also, were were awoken early in the morning with very loud construction. I understand that renovations need to take place, but I need to placed right in the middle on the construction zone?! Surely, there was a more appropriate room in the entire hotel. The hotel was not that busy. I could have, at the very least, been made aware of the renovation work dueing check in. Very, very disappointed.
