The hotel in general is rated 8.5/10 , some improvements needed in rooms accessories, towels/water taps etc. The best to be highlighted is the bar area and the staff working there. They were professional with smile welcoming during my stay in the hotel..

Staff not responding to requests had to make repeated requests. Not friendly. most lighting not working, building in disrepair. Restaurant food is good.

Alles war alt und alt und die Bilder auf der Website sind falsch. Ich rate niemandem, es zu besuchen

まともな部屋がない。最初は空調がきかない。次変えてもらった部屋はペンキの匂いなのか臭い。次また変えてもらった部屋は、空調も匂いも問題なかったが、空調ダクトから結構な量の水が垂れてくる。もう3回変えたから諦めました。 階段を使って上がっていると、階段を上がった途中フロアに、食べ残しのお皿やタバコの吸い殻が捨ててありました。レストランは味は良かったが、待ち時間が長過ぎた。最悪なホテルでした。

une nuit d’insomnie: saleté et mauvaises odeur partout. séjour nul, heureusement était une seule nuit, que j’ai failli la finir aux urgences a cause du malaise causé par l’humidité excessive associée aux mauvaises odeur conseil: un hotel a éviter !

une experience horrible. la saleté partout. les mauvaises odeurs. humidité les araignées… j’ai des photos que je garderai…

Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, la prestation générale est très mauvaise. J'ai payé plus de 200 euros pour une suite avec une climatisation totalement déficiente. Cela a pris presque 2 h pour me trouver une autre chambre simple pour le même prix, mes cartes d´accès se demagnétisaient tout le temps. C'est simple, j´ai dû aller si souvent à l'accueil que la réceptionniste avait un rictus de panique dès qu'elle me voyait !!! Le site,par contre est enchanteur. De grâce, remplacez ces vieilles moquettes puantes et revampez les meubles.

Piscines très bien

The staff was very nice, welcoming, professional - and would say are the big plus of why to choose this hotel. The breakfast buffet has an impressive wide and fresh selection - another big plus. On the other hand, the hotel looks very tired - from dirty walls, damaged carpets, dark halls and broken pool chairs - the property owners maybe should spend some money on that instead of the luxury cars parked there...

My car has accident at the parking ,, and too late fir hand me the room, it wasn’t clean at all

menu petit déjeuner et dîner très très pauvre je suis trop déçu de payer centaines d'euros pour avoit un yaourt et un pain au chocolat personnel est sympa

It's really important to know that this hotel is really remote: 9 miles to Carthage, and 18 to the Avenue de France (downtown). If you're there in the summer for the beach this might be fine, but it's a long taxi ride to any of the other sights. There's also no place to eat nearby except for the hotel restaurants.

La gentillesse du personnel est exceptionnel, La nourriture est bonne, une très belle piscine, je ne vois pas de remarques négatifs affaire à propos de cette hôtel. Je recommande

Everything was average. The same food and drinks were different from one day to another. Service was inconsistent. Some of the waiters and waitresses were rude. I forgot three rings and a bracelet at the spa and it disappears and the staff didn’t help to find it. The rooms are spacious, but shower, lights, drawer were broken. And everything was really humid overall. Only the activities at the beach with Kader were good

Hotellet ligger tyvärr ganska off och det gör det svårt att utforska området utan bil eller taxi. Vårt rum motsvarade inte 5 stjärnor och var smutsig och interiören var gammal och gjorde ett ovårdat intryck. Personalen i receptionen var trevligt och hjälpsam. Priser på restaurangen var gör dyra och stranden kändes ovårdad.

- Ingen service - Dårlig , ustabil børne seng -Beskidt sengetøj og dynebetræk - I restaurant : Hver gang vi spørg om børenestole det sige om det har kun 1 eller 2 i helt hotel . - Næsten alle medarbejder er sur . ( kun dem i reception og nogen andre medarbejder er glad ). Og Aldrig mere vi kommer tibage . Har vi en lille mini køleskabe i rummet og vi har drukket kun nogen flasker vand , juice og sodavand og da vi skal tjekke ud . Vi blive overrask fordi vi fik en doblet regning . ( men vi fik løsning med en sød chef ) .
