Just an OK stay….. couldn’t check in a 4:30, when check in time was 3:00, got back to hotel at 9:00PM, didn’t have the room I had reserved, double when my reservation was for king. Guy on desk at 4:30 seemed overwhelmed, overworked, & exhausted.

Everything was pretty good but the water pressure could of been better.

The rug really needed to be cleaned. Couldn't walk on it without shoes. The rest of the room was fine. Lumpy bed. Ok for one night but in no way worth the price. But, equal to everyone else in the area.

First experience walking in was they had so much scent being pumped in the lobby to try and make it smell good that it would take your breath and will give you a headache. The had mold on the tile in the hallway walking into our room. The toilets wasn't cleaned. They said hot breakfast well it is just microwaved egg patties and sausage links and one waffle maker. One major this was after first night we didn't have any more towels so we went to ask and they said they ran out and had to go buy more. We asked OK where are the bought ones were and they acted like it was a issue to go get more towels. They pictures on the site look nothing I mean nothing like the room we stayed in.

Extremely slow check in. First room we were given was not even cleaned from the prior stay of guests. Yes, a nasty room! Second room was clean but lavatory sink was stopped up. Front desk said he was unable to fix the sink due to no maintenance. It was Sat. morning and he said it would be Monday before maintenance would be at the hotel.

Rooms were dirty, bedding was stained, doors were broken, food was terrible and not enough

While the woman at the front desk was nice and helpful, despite dealing with drunk guests fighting in the hallway, that’s the only nice thing I can say. Place is a terrifying dump. No amenities, rooms bare of even the basics, miserable bed, no elevator, loud guests and thin walls. Place was depressing and scary and smelled like they were using strong cleaning solutions to cover of for how bad the place is. I would recommend sleeping in your car rather than staying here. Booked 3 nights and left after 1.

I was trevelling with my family with motorcycle and had an issue with the battery and called the hotel saying I was going to be one day late for check in for than to keep my reservation and they said it was ok,but they will still charging me for a day, and I said ok, and they said they will keep it, the staff was very rude by the way. And the time we got to the hotel next day, my reservation was cancelled. They did that because the rate for the room was increased and they want it to get more money from us. At the end of the story we were without hotel, and had to find another one and they didn’t want to help us in anyway! We found another hotel way better than this one, so my tip for the guest that are going to choose this hotel is, don’t stay there, because there is a lot of better hotel in the same area. Also the location of the hotel is not good, so by the end we were luck to found another hotel!

Staff are sweet. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom shower leaked some so you could hear it dripping all the time. The floors in the room around areas were not that clean, like they didn’t move things. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a quiet area .

Great place. Clean. One side exterior door with no handle and swings open makes for a security issue.

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating to allowing me to check in early. I had been up very early catching flights. So when I arrived at the hotel. I had already been up since 2am. They got a room cleaned and had me checked in within a hour. I was very grateful for this. They went above and beyond

Clean and centrally located to lakes, mountains and shopping.

Great stay

The bed was uncomfortable. The side door did not have a lock so anyone could walk in. Our friends room was canceled due to a water leak and they had to seek other accommodation.

One of our rooms smelled of mold and dirty carpet. It must have not yet been renovated because they promptly moved us to another room. The other room was great. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The usual waffles were good, but there is only one waffle iron. The plasticware was so flimsy you couldn’t cut the waffle! The spoons would not hold the oatmeal. The water was not hot enough to make the instant oatmeal and the microwave didn’t work. Coffee was just brown water.
