On the plus side a decent breakfast & nice staff. Hotel itself needs major work-almost got burnt with a faulty shower faucet & the shower curtain either had mould or dirt on it. Spend a bit more & go to another hotel in PG. Also a Google search indicated an airport shuttle-there’s not & a taxi is $40 to the hotel. I have stayed at many Best Westerns & usually like them but not this one.

Very clean room (but strange orientation of bed, being next to the interconnecting room door, therefore no night table on that side). Cooling fan quiet, did not disturb sleep. Breakfast good. Parking good but did not appear to be enough as some cars parked on street overnight. On the whole it was a comfortable stay and would visit again, thank you.

The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. As I had seen from other reviews, the space did feel a little bit small and the building is obviously a converted Travel Lodge, but we were satisfied with our accommodation. Breakfast was excellent, with hot meat and egg options available both mornings, and a waffle maker hot and ready for use. The location was perfect for us downtown, and the noise levels were not bad despite the central location. Parking was a little bit tricky with the confined space. We were driving an SUV, so the space was tight but manageable. Anything bigger would need a different parking option than the lot right outside the main entrance.

It was a good place to stay for the value. It was really quiet which was nice. You couldn't hear others in other rooms.

Breakfast was pretty good - hotels need healthier options for people with food restrictions. Bed was awesome - very comfy.

I like the fact that the property is in the centre of downtown where I can take care of my business or medical needs. There are reasonable parking options, tidy rooms, hot breakfast is available and the staff are all very helpful. I have stayed at this property several times over the last several years and will continue to do so as long as they keep up their standards.

Room was OK with a comfortable bed. A bit stuffed air, so I opened the window instead of letting the ac run. I liked that the bathroom had a walk in shower instead of a bathtub with shower. I was not impressed by the breakfast. Wooden cutlery that wasn't able to cut anything and paper cups. Fairly standard selection of food.

Everything was amazing and beyond my expectations. I definitely recommend it.

The building was a bit old but renovations had been done and the rooms were nice. The surrounding area had a few homeless people but it wasn’t a problem. The staff were super nice. The breakfast was very good. They had passes for Gold’s gym in lieu of a hotel gym.
