Lovely clean room and very spacious. Check in was busy and staff did not explain anything about the hotel or the facilities. Very busy around the pools but there are plenty of loungers - although I don’t think the hotel was at full capacity so unsure what it would be like if it was full. Nice pool bar and great views out to sea, Comino and Gozo. Great little shop. Really easy to book taxis and airport transfers from desk inside the hotel with very helpful staff member. The Italian restaurant food was lovely but staff again did not explain when handing out menus what dishes were not available. The lobby bar was good and staff there were great. All in all we would go back.

Rooms were clean and spacious, the resort is huge for Malta and plenty sun lingers. Great place for the kids, and food at breakfast and evening meal was superb. Excellent staff throughout. Would recommend a car when staying here to get around. Plenty car parking spaces

Amazing hotel, staff were lovely, the whole of hotel was kept immaculately clean and we were very sad to leave. Food was also amazing.

The Restaurant Staffs, waiters are all bery skilled and friendly. The rooms were clean but you always have to ask the receptionist for a room clean even if we did not leave the sign » do not disturb «  outside our door, our room were not automatically cleaned. But over all it’s a great hotel

I booked Sea View Suite for 3 nights, next property to stay with excellent food. Staff is very good!! I worldly preferred to stay again and enjoy the whole property. Only one thing which was not comfortable for me is double sofa bed in living room which was not so comfort to sleep due to sinking mattress.

Food was great. Close proximity to Orange Shark Diving also was a big perk and I recommend diving with them.

So they do not make the rooms till after 5/6 pm so forget getting new towels before night time on the next day or having the bad made during the day. The building is not finished there are entire areas unfinished including the kids playground. The swimming pool is tiny and overflown with family and kids diving is really not big enough to fit the amount of people in there.

Das Hotel und Zimmer waren vor wenigen Wochen neu renoviert. Die Möbel und Bodenbeläge sind etwas lieblos und haben keinen Charater und kalt an. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Nachbarsinsel

Clean, basic but spacious

Better than expected in every sense except the location which is still excellent if you prefer a quiet place.

Chambre au dernier étage trop bruyante car tout est sur le toit (aération , bloc clim, eau chaude,…), le ménage n’était pas correctement fait les lits étaient juste refermés sans tirer les draps au carré, les serviettes au sol étaient ramassées mais pas forcément remplacé il fallait demander, petit déjeuner bien garni et idem pour le buffet du soir. Piscine intérieur trop petite et pleine d’enfants bruyants, jacuzzi extérieur en panne, … bonne qualité au carisma spa avec de bonnes masseuses et une gérante exceptionnelle. Nous ne reviendrons toutefois pas car c’est l’usine !
