Good location, very close to train station, groceries, dining, shops and to Florence’s landmarks. Will recommend this hotel to friends and families.

Nice and clean

Amazing location, superior comfort bedding, staff were great. The only 2 things I wasn’t really impressed are the intermittent temperature of hot water and acoustic (you can hear next door tv and the slamming door is extremely loud). These 2 things are essential for a good night sleep after out and about all day.

The room we stayed in was clean and had comfortable beds. The air conditioning was great, considering the scorching heat outside due to summer weather! Overall had a pleasant stay here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at over our vacation. The staff from front desk to cleaning staff were helpful, friending, snd responsive. The air conditioning was great. Electrical outlets by the bed, bedding was comfortable. The location was perfect and close to all the major sites and nice restaurants. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. Leiann and Carla were lovely breakfast service staff and made the best coffees with the friendliest smiles. We were very happy with the staff and service at this hotel!

The Hotel was Ok, the area around the hotel is a little bit inconvenient. There were several homeless people and a lot looking weird. I was just worried about my family in this neighborhood

The rooftop patio is beautiful. The breakfast is lovely and it's a nice option to be able to eat outside.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Also the room was ideal for a clean, safe and convenient experience in the city center.

Pros: Excellent location Excellent cleanliness Excellent safety. Updated rooms Cons: WiFi is Terrible. Does NOT reach the rooms despite many many calls and attempts to fix. I had to keep buying ice cube and put them in the refrigerator to keep my stuff cold.

La colazione per scelta dei prodotti e spazio andrebbe rivista e migliorabile, c'è di tutto ma "poco". Personale disponibile ed attento al cliente. Se avrò altre occassioni non manchero di prendere in considerazione di soggiornare di nuovo. well located structure for a stay of a few days, overall it is an excellent comfortable and practical hotel. Breakfast, based on the choice of products and space, should be reviewed and improved, there is everything but "little". Available and customer-focused staff. If I have other opportunities I will not fail to consider staying again.

피렌체는 어디든 도보로 가까운 편이기 하지만 산타마리아노벨라 역에서 바로고 근처에 까르푸와 코나드마트가 2개나 있고 식당도 많아서 관광하기 좋은 위치입니다. 건물이 크지 않은데 내부 룸이 넓어서 체크인하고 의외라 놀랐어요. 그리고 다른 직원들도 친절하지만 오후 리셉션 직원분이 문의사항도 잘 처리해 주시고 불편할 부분을 미리 알아채고 적극적으로 도와주셔서 너무 감사했습니다! 다음에도 여행 가면 또 방문하고 싶어요!
