Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest!
When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active.
Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45. Same problem with the food. There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate.
