Desk clerk was great.

It was nasty bugs

I stay at this hotel typically once a month due to its location and its price. The two areas that are always an issue are the pillows - there are only 3 small and very hard pillows - and the temperature of the water in the shower - it's usually very hot and very difficult to moderate.

I was very cold, no blanket or comforter and the bed was too hard for me

When you arrive, the property has $50 deposit on top of what is paid on website and a 6.99 (plus tax) service that is deducted from your deposit no matter what. Just make sure to budget that into your cost. Ceilings in hallways are missing tiles and drooping but Room was clean and was in decent repair. Only 3 pillows on the king bed so that was odd.

Definitely will not stay here again. Old, run down, although it was clean. No smoking didn’t stop somebody on our floor from smoking pot. Once the elevator opened, the smell was overpowering & still that way, if not worse, this morning. One guest on the same floor told me he’d complained to the desk a couple of days earlier. So, you’d think the cleaning people could smell it & report it.

I will definitely stay here again, soon. The place was pretty quiet, the staff -- Front Desk women and the cleaning staff are AWESOME!! Very nice and very helpful. They definitely added to the experience!

I came for 3 days and was so comfortable and convenient I stayed a week. The only drawback was it looked like room service was available but wasn't

Staff is saying any additional guest after 9 have to be charged $15 to come in. I booked for 2 guest and the site says 18 and under are free. I have 3 kids and two are under 18. When I checked in I was by myself. I asked where did this say it in the policy and she could not provide me with it. She said it’s on the website but I looked and did not see it. I asked her if she could show me where it states that but she did not find it. I also advised her that I booked through Expedia and not the direct website and it did not say that either. She said they are having a problem in the area and that’s why. But I did not sign any paperwork stating so. It’s very frustrating because I told her they were not staying here just visiting and she kept saying I have to pay. There were several people walking in and out and she did not question them. She said she remembered everyone that checked in. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

I stayed for a whole week the floors were dirty. The bed was poorly made. Upon first arrival there was not an employee in site for 30 minutes. The whole place reeked of cigarettes. Overall with not be stay here again!

I arrived and immediately noticed at least 2 cars that were broke down and full of what appeared to be personal belongings (tires were all flat on the cars) and appeared to have been there for awhile, in the parking lot. The front entrance walkway was littered and had a lot of spilled food and junk on it. My room window faced out to the side parking lot (#301) and the window coverings were broken and I was not able to close them at all. The parking lot light shined into my eyes every night. A large framed picture came crashing off the wall the first night at about 3am and scared me out of my sleep. The bathroom floor was dirty with hairs, junk papers and coffee stirs. The bathtub faucet was broke and barely able to take a shower as the plunger would not stay in its position to push the water up to the shower head. I informed the front desk the very next morning and was told that they would fix it right away. I talked with them 2 more times and the last time, I was told that I had to report it to the maintenance people. I sent a text to the service when they asked how my stay was going and they reassured me that it would be addressed promptly. NONE of it was addressed and I received NO room cleaning whatsoever and had to use my own soap the last 2 nights.

All the signs about dont do this. Dont do that. Cant take your food to your room. Everything under lock and key..just gave the feeling that this was an unsafe location. Room ok at best. Small hallways. Rooms very close together. Ive stayed at way better properties

For the price I paid it was okay, other than the bugs and lack of house cleaning I won’t be coming back. Loved the area it’s located in though.

Front desk gal was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel made me want to get a different hotel. Everything was dirty from the halls, elevator, to the bathtub. Completely disgusting. Found a hair under my pillow. Looks like the take an iron to the outside of the covers and leave the rest from the last guest. Everything except what could be seen when made was wrinkled and looked used. There were no bugs if that’s your one criteria, but the AC was broken, the tv stand had stickers on it that looked like a kid tried taking off. Bed was uncomfortable I felt every spring. Would have left if I could have gotten my money back.

First the good, hot water for shower, flat screen tv with basic cable, room was clean. Now the bad. Says non smoking but halls have a smoke smell, room has very noticeable wear, lack of updates makes it feel old and uninviting. Clothes rack was broken. Honestly, unless improvements are made soon I wouldn't be staying again. The staff are professional and courteous, but either lack of proper management or upkeep over time let this hotel go in a bad direction over time.

Staff were very nice. Breakfast was average. No sausage in biscuit gravy. Room had dirty walls, dirty carpet, stains on curtains. Room had a terrible odor like a chemical smell. Stains on couch were visible. Homeless people living close to property. People digging through garbage bins outside! Abandoned cars in the parking lot. Location is close to dining and shopping.
