Great location. Always a friendly welcome and excellent service.

Beautiful hotel, with elegant rooms, excellent service and in a wonderful location. It was decked out for Easter, which was a special extra touch. We had drinks in their hip, but comfortable bar, and dinner in the Wild Honey Bistro. Other than a small issue with the TV in our room, which was fixed, it was a perfect stay.

Beautiful hotel in a convenient area for sightseeing and theater.

The hotel was excellent the staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Would certainly recommend and will definatley return

My stay at Sofitel London St. James was excellent. The staff were very attentive and swift in terms of my requests. And there is a staff member named Jinny who was especially helpful. She showed my family the whole hotel and even made a reservation for the dinner at the restaurant. Plus, she gave us all information about the history of the building itself.

部屋は清潔で使いやすくスタッフの方も皆親切でとても心地よく滞在出来た。ピカデリーサーカスからも徒歩5分、オペラ座の怪人の劇場やナショナルギャラリーもすぐでバッキンガム宮殿やウェストミンスター寺院も徒歩で観光出来、とても便利なロケーションだった。

Fantastic! I loved staying here and it was hard to leave. Wonderful location, and a beautiful property.

We came to the hotel to celebrate a birthday and a wedding anniversary and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They put two pieces of cake in our bedroom and gave us a handwritten card saying congratulations. The area around the hotel is lovely, very walkable, and so easy to get to shows.

Stayed for our 10year Anniversary and it was wonderful! Fantastic service and beautiful room. We ate at Wild Honey which was incredible.. one of the best hotels and restaurants in London.

cama supletoria muy deficiente para esta categoria de hotel. La limpiadora se netia directamebte todas las mañana en la habitacion aunque estuvieramos aun en ella ! nunca habia visto algo igual en mi vida y menos en un horeld e esa categoria, el ultimo dia a las 19 ya esta dentro y presionando para que salieramos me deje un cuadro en la habitacion y nunca lo encontraron !! con lo cual se lo quedaron ellos o bien el que vino despues que nosotros lo cual significa que no limoian bien ni mira la habitacion !! en fin no volvere
