This place was OK. No longer.

It was not that clean there were people working on the cars at 2 o’clock in the morning in the parking lot and there was roaches. I left at 2:30 in the morning.

Room Walls dusty, lamps rusted, room chair is bad, tv remote not working to switch channels, wifi not working in room or property, bedsheets stained, no 24/7 reception, besides property there is a TV store and no boundary wall, easy access to property. Checked previous evening if there will be someone at reception to check out art 5am and the person at recesaid yes. Next morning while check out no one available, reception door was easy to get it unlocked, called the number to get to a person., no answer, just had to leave the keycard and leave a note saying room checkout. Called back after 3hrs and spoke to them about checkout. Overall not good experience.

When you walk into the room it doesn't look so bad, but when you see dirty sheets, badly hung sheets and stained towels, you want to run away from this place, and the toilet doesn't flush!

This property is absolutely terrible they have no tv remotes several pepple in the lobbie complaining theh dont even have cable TV im completely shocked this is horrible

Checked in only to see the WiFi wasn't working. Went to my room and half the light bulbs were either missing or burned out. Went to front desk and they found two and handed them to me to install. Found smoke detector in a drawer instead of it being installed. Security lock on door was broken.

Liked location and pricing

I booked a room 2 weeks in advance and got there at 11 at night with kids that had been on the road all day just to be told they overbooked the hotel and since I was the last to check in my reservation got canceled without notifying me!

Maintain less rooms but keep them clean please

The property was quit but a lot of sneaky people for sure. Most of the staff was nice but the night shift was a bit rude.

I guess they have certain rooms destined for hotels.com, they "lower" the price and you will find a real disaster. They don't even bother to turn on the A/C, when we arrived the room was an oven, minutes later it was unbearable to be there, we realized that the A/C did not cool. The bathroom extractor was a hole in the wall, everything looked ugly, old and unpainted. I had to go down looking for someone because the phone doesn't work. He changed us to another room, it looked different like newly remodeled but without a refrigerator or microwave, the man brought those that were in the other room. The room was for 4 with towels, shampoo and soap for 2, the towels old and worn (almost transparent). He said he couldn't give me more than that, that it was regulation of KRISHA RB INC for the price we were paying ($82.50). I've never encountered anything like this. When we had to sleep we found hairs on the sheets, something like they didn't change them after someone else used them. It was really unpleasant and disgusting, we had to stay because it was late and we were too tired to continue driving. I want my money back, they shouldn't offer this that can't even be called a hotel. The license for this place has expired, it's supposed to be illegal for them to operate without a license and even worse for them to advertise anywhere. Only two towels per room. No exceptions. Lights burned out and they said replacements have been ordered but they don’t have any now. We asked to use the lobby restroom and they said it is for staff only because they never clean it.

We had one towel for three people one hand towel. They didn’t have any at the desk. The room was clean, but the bathroom was filthy, and the shower curtain was falling off the wall.

Was listed as Defuniak Springs, it was about 20 miles from there. Family members were in Defuniak for a funeral and wanted to be in close proximenty to others. Hotel had no WIFi, ice machine not working, A/C not working properly, linens not clean (hairs on pillow). bugs in room.

It was okay

This hotel is a complete dump. The toilet was broken, the bathroom light didn’t work, they only put one towel and one washcloth in there and then when you ask for more they tell you they don’t have more.

There was roaches in the coffee pot. A HUGE spider under the bed. Bed bugs. Disgusting. We left early.
