Nice people and clean room.

This was part of a multiple cities stay in Oregon, we booked it because the amenities sold us, only to find the area was a DUMP! The check-in gal was really kind and professional, we had issues with the door, apparently maintenance put the door handle upside down so instead of pushing it down to open you had to push up. And the room key was easily demagnetized. Breakfast was also a highlight - best breakfast service from all the different hotels we stayed during this trip. But the loud and annoying kids that stayed a few doors down, their running around, trying to open our door, screaming late at night and the dogs, that was just awful, I don’t know what’s worse yelling kids or dogs next to me while I am eating breakfast!

Great place to stay all good! The only problem was it was impossible to walk anywhere too many things in a small area and not safe area to walk and not kept up outside

The property should rethink the shower heads and sink faucets. The sink faucets set so far back that you can barely access the water with a tooth brush, glass or wash your hands. It’s maybe an inch over the back of the sink edge. Pretty useless. The shower head was positioned on an extension piece that was basically set for someone six.foot eight or above. A liability issue if a shorter statured person wants to change the spray. Please rethink these two items.

It was okay. Elevator was broken the first few nights, hot tube jets didn’t work, shower made noise when running and no blackout curtains. Room was a bit dated but descent. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Gym equipment was at least 10 years old maybe more.

Cleanliness.

It was a nice place. I would stay there again.

The lobby was very nice for sitting and conducting business. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel is fine. Location is good. Elevator was down, which influenced the rating.

Conveniently located, however HVAC system and refrigerator unit was rather loud

Broken elevators were very inconvenient. Also, ice machines need to be on all floors.

The elevator was broken and it did not appear that any effort was being made to repair it. I was on the third floor and was not offered any help to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs notr any compensation. The rooms have a musty odor. The concierges were not all very friendly. It’s no wonder why one younger gentleman was given the late night/early morning shift. He didn’t even smile as I walked past him. The concierges during peak hours were friendly enough. On the other hand, breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very kind. Very convenient location to shopping and dining. However, it’s not as close to the university as they try to make it appear. It’s a liittle drive through small streets, with low limits and a many stops.

Friendly, clean, great breakfast set up, and reasonably priced. We stay here often when we visit Corvallis

Overall is good place near many services and amenities, price was way more than what it should be !! Bathroom ventilation fans was too noisy and connected with the bathroom light, so you have to listen to its contents all the way !!

Easy check in. Everyone was kind. Room was clean. Elevator was down. Didn’t like that the back door was not locked. No key needed.

Staff was wonderful. Every single employee was very friendly. :)
